            Hi lir WB
I stayed at this place a couple of weeks ago which was nice. The food was good too.
I also stayed at the holiday inn next to Edinburgh Zoo last week too which was better than i thought it would be, even if it was a bit "corporate" and the food was nothing special.
The first one was good which i only tried as i couldn't get in the local Village hotel but it was probably better anyway.
@viva What a great set up for the rest of the season. I'm rooting for Alonso tomorrow :T
BTW did you know LJ is a bloke? 0 0

 lir! Hello!!!!!
My thanks count would've been appaling during your absence had it not been for the superb work of treliac & Viva!
lir have you ever heard of http://joshritter.com/ ?
hello to you too Sweets. How were your summer outings?
I considered rejoining with a new namebut ultimately I'm still ''lost'' and while I admit I find my post counts embarrassing the losing the thanks (seeing as they are not usually thanks for my mse expertise)seems a little rude and thankless to those who have bestowed them.
I have not heard...and DH is watching Michael MacIntyre so can't listen, but I'm allexcited at an LJ recommended listening experiene :T. DH made my iPod work....but...aunt who has cancer is finding reading hard now, so I asked him to give it to her with spoken books on it. AND I haven't unpacked any music yet  its all still in boxes. I'm almost scared and unwilling too, a very little alike to being at a social event with am ex...I'm not sure how I feel about it. But DH is not at all feeling odd about his music, we had a very rare Oscar Peterson vinyl tonight. We are ATM grown up home owners who listen to jazz over suppers.0

You can't pull the wool, or anything else over our eyes LJ
Never tried pulling wool over anyones eyes.
I have a perpetual habit of challenging assumptions. Whenever anyone calls me he or she, I ask why. Strangely, they generally backtrack.:D
Somewhere (I think on this thread) loads posted that they "hear" my postings in a male voice. Equally, loads posted they heard it in a female voice!:DIt's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0

I am well thanks, & I hope you & DH are too. & I hope you are happy in your home:).
Jazz & eating - never been able to do that one!
Summer was fun! Longleat (I managed to do the maze! I got me a medal!) I visited Caenarfon, and Rhyl (goodness, Rhyl has gone downhill). Portmeirion - such a lovely place & day out. There was a brass band playing. It was glorious! Hastings, and Battle (loved the battlefield & abbey, and a museum called yesterdays world). The black country living museum (naturally). Torquay & paignon (lovely seaside times). Wonderful.
My mp3 player broke , but that is insignificant news in contrast yto your auntie. I'll get a new one for my birthday next month. , but that is insignificant news in contrast yto your auntie. I'll get a new one for my birthday next month.
Josh Ritter is a phenomenal talent lir! Lyrically he is one of the best I have heard in a long time, & his live shows are always something to behold. He really bonds with an audience! Saw him the first time when he supported Joan Baez.
I need to sort out my posh clobber, as I'm off to see this soon http://www.thsh.co.uk/view/the-planets-an-hd-odysseyIt's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0
