  • Hi guys, first and last posts for obvious reasons :D, just signed up to observe the comings & goings of friends & foes.
Have owned outright since Sept 2009, however I'm of the firm belief that high prices are a cancer on society, they have sucked money out of the economy, handing it to banks who've squandered it.

Just wondering if lj knows whether Wolves are on a major publicity drive. Mentioned this week on Gadget Show (Suzy Perry as a fan) and tonight on QI (interesting old remedy for healthy footballers...).

We have some famous fans, Robert Plant, Suzi Perry, Beverley Knight, the rock band Reef, John Lloyd (& Andy Murray allegedly). There are also rumours Eric Idle is a Wolves fan.

Had to tell somebody, nobody else but you lot to tell :)

Won another $50 prize for some random scribblings. Quantity seems to beat quality sometimes....

That's $150 this month.... which is good as Google seem to have turned off one of my channels/revenue streams, which I'm trying to get to the bottom of.

Car in for its MOT today....I hate MOT day. Will it be cheap enough to keep it running another year or has its time come and will I need to go cap in hand to my parents for a loan.

That said, even if this is its last MOT, for the £461 I purchased it for 3 years ago, it hasn't done bad.....20k miles not bad.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

News back from the garage, just bits and pieces needing to be done and nothing major...so have given the go ahead (thanks bank of mum and dad!) for the work to be done.

    Such a relief!

It's one of the top 3 US companies, so when they pay out it's in $s.

    Congratulations!

What's your hourly rate like to get your 50 bucks, though?

Well, I'm writing for the residual income, the winnings were a bonus. 20% of my scribblings make £20-100/hour, I think the average is £10, but as the items age they increase in value, so you can never definitively say how much any piece is worth. There's no end to the residual part continuing to yield. I work on the basis that "any old fluff" will make me £1000/month within 3 years, residual, if I don't get better and if I don't work smarter.... and I am continually nudging my game up.

But, if I were writing and that $50 was all I got for it, it'd be about £1/hour probably.
