    Take one cheapo chocolate-coated choc-ice...
If you have ever had a non chocolate coated choc-ice you've been ripped off.

Glad to see we're back at the chocolate. :)

Is everyone else as astoundingly busy as me at the moment?

I could be astoundingly busy if I actually felt like doing any work.

Here's a nice banana thing I used to do.

Take one cheapo chocolate-coated choc-ice and one banana.

Slice the banana up and put it into a serving dish. Nuke that for 15-20 seconds at a time, turning it occasionally, until the banana is firm, but just turning mushy - and hot. Slice the choc-ice lengthways, exposing the most ice cream. Place the two halves of choc-ice, ice-cream side down, on top of the hot banana.

    Eat with a spoon.

    mmmmmm

    That's a 1 minute/25p hot AFTERS.

I have so got to do that when we are on holiday....

Can you think of a suitable alternative to banana as middle son detests bananas.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Yes, I'm beginning to wonder if retirement is all it's cracked-up to be. Haven't done anything even mildly 'leisure orientated' for weeks!

Tell a lie, I stood on the beach at Bournemouth for half an hour last week and ate an ice cream. It was blowing a force 7 at the time, mind, so not really much fun, just light relief from viewing student houses. Doesn't matter where you go, does it, student flats/houses are all the same: equally yucky. At least none had shag pile carpet this time round....

I am not sure if it is just me but I feel seriously out of step with the rest of the world at the moment.

I hate to drag other threads in here but jeeeeeeeeeesus wept. Does the whole bliddy country think it is entitled to a free ride?

It has to be symptomatic of something other than my bliddy age.

    Surely?

Would now be a bad time to announce that you're now at the mercy of a hedge fund.

The largest cocoa purchase in 14 years.

See attached article, titled why the price of chocolate is set to rise.

I don't eat chocolate. Well I do in the middle of the night when no one is looking.

    Then it doesn't count

Am I the only woman who doesn't eat?

    Honestly
