At least with private feedback he is blocked form selling anymore, so I'm not sure what he thinks he is achieving.

They can't do that anyway unless any of the buyers actually use the same account to sell.

Saw this thread whilst doing a google search on this seller. I bought a DVD when the feedback was fine, then rechacked back and saw that it had self-imploded big time. It's only for £3.99 but it's the principal of it if the sellers dodgy. I got an email confirming the purchase:

nope, just don't like getting ripped off and seeing it happen to others.
ebay practically admitted to me that auctions would not be cancelled unless enough disputes were opened. so more people fell into the trap whether scam or not

Of course they can.

I can see all the people who have left Negs and I could contact them all if I wanted to.

As for this Seller, hes done it before and he will do it again....which means be very very careful of sellers who have immpecable feedback.
