Items due tomorrow at earliest.

checked feedback of seller and found in last few days loads of negs left for no item, seller not responding. quite a few neutrals too.

Well if the items aren't at least due till tomorrow what have you got to neg for as you haven't given a chance for delivery? Feedback is about your experience not what other buyers have experienced

I would neve neg anyway until I had had a refund

Yes I have but as I said feedback is about your experience not what others are experiencing. Yes it does look like you may have problems but as you said the items are due to arrive tomorrow at the earliest so how can you leave feedback on what may happen

While it looks probable you will have to do so eventually, of course you cannot leave a neg yet. The item isn't even due. You can't justify leaving a neg merely on the grounds that some other people have. You have to wait until your own transaction goes wrong.

    A) Grossly unfair to leave a pre-emptive neg.

    B) Why didn't you check that before you ordered?

Either this seller has some very impatient buyers, or they are on the fiddle.

However, virtually ALL of the negs have been left for items sold since 22nd Feb. The poor guy might just have gone on holiday. It was half term that week after all!

the feedback was excellent on day of purchase and he is a top rated seller
Ive spent nearly 100 pounds and am panicking, ok!
the address is fake, ie no seller with that name
phone number goes to a t mobile answering service which says mailbox full.

ok so it is too early to leave one, the item was bought 10 days ago by second class and although seller says up to 18 days in automated dispatch email all my other items bought on same day (bought a lot) sent 2nd class have arrived however I wasn't worried until read feedback.

He could be ill or something...seems a bit odd to have so many negatives now, but not one in the past two years or so.

You'll get your money back, a neg at this point is usless- it will only warn other buyers, and tbh they have enough to do that now.

I wouldn't ever neg until I had my money back- it may well be that they are now trying to sort out refunds (see neutrals) and you won't have to go through a paypal claim anyway.
This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine

Fair enough, I hadn't considered that. Maybe time to start an item not received
