My favourite was EA's own - aren't you in so much debt you have to live with your parents?
Thanks
She told me before she's in more debt than she said!
She used to hve a load of 2nd hand stuff before she was pregnant, but as soon as she got pregnant she threw it out and bought new replacements. She recently spent £600+ on nursery furniture to...
Poor Lily gets a 2nd hand cotbed from my dad who has used it for his 2 boys... :rotfl::rotfl:
Its like new though! Just needs a new mattress :money:
Whoever mentioned Mazuma mobile/envirofone (i forgot, sorry!
) I can only get £21 for my phone on there. It was £40+ a month ago and now its gone down!

Molly's currently in 6-9 but has a metric ton of clothes after my ebay insanity so if there's another home that might be a more sensible home IYSWIM - but very thank you

Becles, I love that Charlotte likes the flowers more than the chocolate. Does she understand planting bulbs and stuff like that? Is it too late in the year now?
Yes - she's very into nature. We take the dogs out every afternoon and she notices the changes in the plants we see in people's gardens and in the woods.Dontknowanymore wrote: »I fel like such a failiure that they have to be called in but I don't know what else to do.
He's such an angry little boy, he headbutted me in the dcotors the other day and shouted at me so bad that I just sat there and (tried to) descreetly cried.
Don't feel like a failure. Sometimes it takes a third party who's not involved and can take a step back to help you both understand how to get along better. It was mainly talking with James with him being older. We did do an "angry monsters" thing where you had to think of things that made you angry and find better ways of getting rid of the "angry monster" like screaming into your pillow, or kicking a football really hard outside. That might work for your lad.
Hand-me-downs - My brother is two years younger than me so I used to get dressed in trousers and jumpers/t-shirts in greens, browns and navy so they could be passed onto my brother
I really coverted pretty clothes my friends had and I think that's why I've gone a bit OTT with the pink girly stuff for Charlotte
Talking of snobs - we were visiting friends of my ex and all the females ended up sitting together. Two of us were parents, one was desperate to be a parent and the other had no plans for children. We got chatting about second hand baby clothes and the one without children looked at us in disgust and said "no child of mine will ever wear second hand clothes. I can't imagine anything so vile as having something next to your skin that someone else has worn" Quick as a flash, one of the others asked "so when you go on holiday, do you take all your own towels and bedlinen? It must be vile having sheets and towels on your skin that other people have used before you." Properly shut her up that did :rotfl:Here I go again on my own....0 -
My ears were burning

The fairies have already been so kind to me though
I feel bad because i'm yet to get organised enough to sort Amber's too small stuff which will be too wintery for any of our littlies by the time i sort it
I still have a pair of dog dungarees from DS that i'm too sentimental to get rid of lol! I was saving them for my next because i was convinced i'd never have a girl :rotfl: 0 -

I can beat that...I have a dress in my wardrobe that I kept and brought over here...I wore when I was 5 or so and love it so much I want my little girl to wear it. Now it's going to have to wait even longer!! (my mom made it for me, so it's even more sentimental)top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

Afternoon everyone,
Biscuits were a hit I made enought for everyone to decorate 2. I now have tired toddler on my hands, who is very proud of herself as she made her own bead necklace.
Plans for the rest of the day - get Katie to have a nap and wake up in time to ge to the shop to top up the food supplies.
DKAM - you're a fab mummy, and I totally agree with what SS said.
Mel - your 10 minutes from my house at Oulton Park!! Hope you can make it on the 7th.
Som - Katie didn't come into our bed for ages, I wish I'd done it sooner as it was a lot more comfortable, now she's bigger she just climbs in by herself.
EA - I love the comments on FB. I never say no to second hand stuff, a mum at church this morning gave us a load of shoes, Katie's feet are far too small for them yet but she's had fun trying them on as they're all sparkly. I've also got 2 bags of clothes en route.
My mum kept the dress that my two older brothers bought for me to wear in their school photo when I was 3 months old and Katie has worn it, and we were the spitting image of each other.Proud to be dealing with my debts
DD Katie born April 2007!
3 years 9 months and proud of it
