Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
My mam got with a man when we were younger and decided to move us in with him in his (owned) house.

But she had herself a secure tenancy with the HA so she kept it on for the 8 years (or whatever) we lived with him :eek: She did it 'in case' they split so she had somewhere we could live!

Lol!! That's extreme isn't it? It's shocking really. She still lives there now. :rotfl:

Don't tell anyone i told you all that :o

I think it might be something to do with the texture Glam...I can make it fresh, I will be at my big bro's house, but it would save me having to cart the powder with me!

Interesting Tara - I couldn't agree more. So following that on does that mean that you (meaning anyone finding themselves in that situation) shouldn't stay with somebody who doesn't tick all those boxes? If they are not Mr Forever, is there any point them hanging around? I am thinking of a RL friend who appears to be seeing 'Mr Right Now' with no intention of settling with him long term...
Could you not put the required number of scoops in a sandwich bag or similar so you're not carting the whole box with you?

I think if you're lonely and someone comes along offering a short term, non-commital thing then it's fine if it works for you... Problems start when half of the couple want more than the other half though...

Can someone please tell me that the feeling that you really have no idea whatsoever what you are doing with your baby goes away??
It'll be 6 years next Saturday since I had my first baby... And I still have no idea what I'm doing... I find that acting confident means people question you less ;)

:mad: Bloody schools transport have just phoned me. After four weeks, the new taxi escort for J has thrown in the towel, and handed in his notice. He's got tennis elbow and doesn't think he can lift J if he needs to! Why take the bloody job in the first place! Do these people not realise consistency is very important to people with autism.

So, now we're back to square one. :( But i've just told the transport man a little white lie, that I have got no car next week so won't be going to collect him from school. :o
Don't blame you for lying! What a PITA!!! Do you think they'll try the bus again?

Hi Mookie :D It's nice to hear about Leila... Is she showing any signs of temper tantrums yet? Caitlyn's starting to be a right madame if you have to take things off her, or stop her messing with something she shouldn't... Usually wires!

Oh, and thank you for recommending the litmus test... I'm on my 3rd trial for them :D

Hmm... Hubby told me he'd be getting dressed and coming downstairs an hour ago... I'm guessing he's fallen asleep... Do I wake him up for the school run, or just leave him until we get back?

You lady are beautiful, intelligent and funny - who wouldn't want to marry you?!! :D

I have a citroen c4 56 plate, I don't love it (it's not my lovely micra I had pre babies) but I don't hate it either. Have you looked at any nissans? one of the things I loved about my micra was that the seat was adjustable in height so I had it nic n high so I could see comfortably over the steering wheel :o

    really must go to bed!
Beautiful, intelligent and funny? I wouldn't go that far! well..... actually I would :rotfl:
Well after all thatI have thrown the towell in and am getting a Vauxhall vectra off Mum's mechaninc, it will be ready next week, 51 (y reg) 70k miles, FSH, mint condition, 1 years MOT for £1k, well under my budget.
I didnt want one to start with but Focuses and Astras are just snapped up so quickly, but then driving back from Slough lol I had to stop for petrol, and as I was drivcing out there was a silver/grey y reg Vectra just sitting there with a for sale sign on it so I went and had a close up look and I quite like them, I reckon it was a sign! :rotfl:
It was up for £1350 with an MOT that runs out in April so I reckon I'm getting a good deal! x

Better go and get DS1 from the posh school now!:rotfl:
