Button i love it they certainly know how to make you cringe at that age :-)
Jopsey all i can say is do what ever you think is best and will relax you the most. Children tend to get better really quickly so you have a couple of days hopefully. Have you spoken to the wee man he may surprise you and want to go to his nans i know my two always used to love being with their nan when they were poorly as she spoilt them rotten. I do hope he gets better soon :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0 -
Hiya just hopping over from pregnancy board for a bit of advice
my DS is poorly at the min with a viral infection ,sore throat ,cough being sick .
I am worring myself silly about what if I start in labour (I am due Friday ) and don't really want to ship him off to my Mum and Dad's while he is poorly sick as he is a real Daddys boy when not well
I just don't think I would settle (as much as you can while in labour) so am thinking if he aint better leave DP at home with him and getting my cousin to be my birthing partner
What do you ladies think ? or am I being silly sure my Mum could manage but just don't want to think that neither of us would be with him
Can you get you parents to come to your house instead...at least he could stay tucked up in his own bed that way? I am sure he would be fine, just keep dosing him up with medicine and fingers crossed he improves before baby decided to mak an appearance......hey, it's still a week away yet:DUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

((hugs)) to those in need.....
Look at our lovely beautiful weather!! I'm glad I decided against camping and booked a static for this week.....ah well, we ain't made of paper and i'm sure the kids will have a fab time. We will just have to find enough indoorsy activities to do and hope we get one dry day to go out on the boat:cool:
I tried to get Kai to go back to sleep this morning, I rocked him off but the minute I put him back down he jumped up and started shaking the cot:rotfl: I know 7am is his usual wake-up time but I really could have done with another hour in bed, I am shattered and have a busy day ahead....Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Morning buttons.....All of mine have been late talkers too...and ds2 didn't even have a dummy!!
The HV was even talking about speech therapy for ds3....fgs he was only 10mths old when she came out to see him!! Tbh tho he still barely babbles, but does say mama now...
Need to go to Asda shortly for some supplies:)Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

That's it, some kids speak later than others, some walk quicker etc. Keira still wees in a night time pull up :rotfl: I just stopped listening after a while!
Asda at this time !!! Are the kids on easter hols there yet?0 -
Yeah, they broke up Friday for two weeks. Lovely, especially as the older two have both walked in the room squabbling already!!! I can feel some console banishments coming up if they carry on;)
All kids progrees at different rates, ds1 walked at 8mths, ds2 not until about 16mths...yet boh were late talkers. Both potty trained day and night very quickly too....
Hate Asda and figure that as it's holiday it will be quieter in the mornng.....Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Same as Keira. Must say it's nice knowing I don't HAVE to be out the house and ready for X time. I'm useless.
Are they up already? LOL. Keira won't get up until 10, you'd think I'd be productive and get the house cleaned whilst she slept but nah. Can't be bothered!
Well that's true, I prefer online shopping myself but haven't used it since they messed me around last time.
When is the new baba due?0 -
I usually do online shopping with Tesco, but we are off to Haven for a week later today so just want to get some milk t-bags etc to take with us:)
13wks till new baby due (end June) I really wish mine would sleep in.....They are ALWAYS up by 7/7.30 at the latest!!! I have tried sending them to bed mega late but they still get up up the same time, just grumpier.Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
