Hi all just poppping in for a quick read but having learned from my mistakes I'm going to post first as I never get around to it otherwise.

Anyway being nearly 2 and 5mths Archie is a proper litttle scoundrel now. Luckely I get to offload him to playgroup in sept....he's on two waiting lists already as it seems like playgroups in my area get booked up years in advance!

one of the ones we went to do chinese lessons too!! But iIve decided against that one as its very structured and I'm happier with a looser structure until next yr as he will get two yrs of playgroup before school rolls along.

We also had a chicken pox scare this week but it turned out to be just a rash (although its pretty extensive being on both arms andf legs) so I still have that joy to come.

Right back to page 52 to find out the news....

Yeah i did it myself when i was about 8 months gone lol, it was about £17 a roll mind, and now i want to move out!! grr. I got a voucher to decorate from the council cos they rewired and messed up the whole house.

Oh, found this post so looks like i finished my room about 2 weeks before due date. I could do with that nesting urge now lol.

Tia that's a good point ;) In Amber's defence she hadn't long been awake when i plonked her in the cot for a quick pic :rotfl:

EA love that pic :D You look so similar, same nose and eyebrows for definite, i think i have one of me comparing me and DS as babies somewhere will have to find it.

Beenie the cot looks lovely!! Amber is very cute too.

I'm not dressed yet! Debating whether not to bother then have a nice bath after Alfie is bathed, fed and in bed.

You made a good job! We have something similiar in our room that was about a million pound a roll too, I was hanging over OH like a hawk giving it 'watch what your going, don't waste it! I'm not buying another roll for half a strip!' etc etc!!!!

I'm waiting for some old dude to come about my gumtree ad. I've got a mountain of stuff I was gonna car boot but its logistically impossible for me to do it til June and I'm not looking at a pile of crap til then!
Stuck an ad on as a job lot......

Are you selling it or giving it away, csh? (sorry, I don't know how Gumtree works :o). I know I'm going to end up with a car boot mountain when I finally sort the house out but I don't fancy doing a car boot  My sister might do it but she'd expect me to be there with her. There's car boot lots available on our Freecycle every so often..

EA - love that comparison pic. Everyone says Tahlie looks more like OH but has my nose, and I cant do a comparison pic :( No baby photo's they all seemed to go walkies when my rents split!

SJ - I only just got dressed! I find as long as were on the move Tahlie will stay asleep while we're out, but I dont like her going over 3 hours atm without a feed, am sure this is why she sleeps so well thru the night. As for the eyes have been doing the cooled boiled water thing and they gunk back up again. She just had a bath so tried the booby juice on a clean finger, will see how it goes. Have HV on mon so can ask her if its still an issue then. The regular vests would never hold the pads in place for me, lals are pretty big and heavy atm!!

    Beenie - love the pics.

How long does it usually take to stop bleeding after you've given birth? Last few mornings have had hardly any blood but by the end of the day its heavier again.
Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpuls
