    Wasn't me - it was nikkit :)

Not that things are much better at Chez Elle, mind you  My issues are to do with generally feeling unattractive, lack of effort (on my part, to look better)and the whole mechanics of expressing - not very sexy now, is it? :o *sigh*

ETA: It's not about look worse post-pregnancy. I don't look much different now, to be fair. It's probably about not having been at work for almost a year and not having to make an effort on a daily basis so I've gotten away with looking a state - hair tied back all the time, no make up - so I'm just lazy. Roll on going back to work and stopping expressing...

For me it's definitely the hormones, not how I look, I've never looked better - I finally have boobs!!

Erin's got her first fever, just given her calpol and undressed her :(

EA - love that comparison pic. Everyone says Tahlie looks more like OH but has my nose, and I cant do a comparison pic :( No baby photo's they all seemed to go walkies when my rents split!

SJ - I only just got dressed! I find as long as were on the move Tahlie will stay asleep while we're out, but I dont like her going over 3 hours atm without a feed, am sure this is why she sleeps so well thru the night. As for the eyes have been doing the cooled boiled water thing and they gunk back up again. She just had a bath so tried the booby juice on a clean finger, will see how it goes. Have HV on mon so can ask her if its still an issue then. The regular vests would never hold the pads in place for me, lals are pretty big and heavy atm!!

    Beenie - love the pics.

How long does it usually take to stop bleeding after you've given birth? Last few mornings have had hardly any blood but by the end of the day its heavier again.

Aww that's a shame you have no pics :(

We have fed every 2 hours today!! Lots of naps too so hopefully that will mean lots of sleep tonight.

I bled for about 4-5 weeks, last week very light.

Thanks for the replies re bleeding, I always had uber light AF before so this is mega annoying as so not used to it!

fernlie - will keep that in mind about the rosemary if it doesnt clear up my Monday.

Just walked the dog and took Tahlie out in her wrap for the first time, she seemed mega comfy and slept the whole way, but her nose looked like it had been squished when I took her out!

Oooh can someone tell me what the truprint offer is?

It's on the photprint deals page - linked from this week's mse email - sorry can't link as A is sleeping on me and only got 1 hand!!

    Aww hope she's better soon.

Elle, do you have the link for your fingerprint necklace? Has it arrived yet and is it nice? I'm thinking I might like one!

DH has just put enchiladas in the oven for our tea, except he forgot the peppers and onion in it despite me telling him to put them in right before he went to the kitchen  (I miss that smiley)

Well we had fun out apart from I appear to have dia woo woo :( and I am usually first to the imodium but am scared to take any cos dont want to bung myself up cos my bum is still sore from tearing at birth :(

We got a nice carrier from argos which OH wore and loves, and Elliot slept the whole time nearly lol, we fed him at 10.15am before we left, and he woke at 3.15pm for a feed, and has slept the rest of the time, he is still asleep now in his basket, although he is pumping away so I imagine he is going to wake soon (always seems to lol)

How often are we meant to bath baby????

OH has decided to have a drink and I really fancy a can of cider but worried if we get tipsy about Elliot, although OH shouldnt get tipsy off what he is drining I am worried a can will get me tiddly cos ive not drunk since June lol

About the sex thing, I would actually love to have sex with OH right now and Ive not felt like that since before I got pregnant but I am scared about my injuries :(

Thank you all for the tips on the chickenpox bubs seems to be fine in himself so its just the rash at the moment fingers crossed it comes and goes with no ill effects for him :-)

I have a new question now about pushchairs :-)

Has any one got any experience of the baby jogger pushchairs? Are they any good, sturdy, easy to fold, lift, clean that sort of thing. I am looking at the baby jogger city select as i need a double buggy it looks fab for the job especially as you can have the bubs facing each other or both facing me. This particular model hasnt been released just yet but wondered about experiences with the make in general :-)

http://www.babyjogger.com/city_select_lp.aspx this is what im looking at :-)

Kindof have you asked your health visitor or midwife if you would be ok to do the deed. I know from your birth story you had a bit of damage but as long as it is healing well and HV says it is ok and your up for it then go for it just get some lube just incase and take it very slowly and gently.

I'm terrible post preganancy and get as horny as hell mind you im the same when im pregnant as well must be all the hormones flying about :-)

I think as the majority of women just dont want to know they believe non of us do. Just ask them out right if it would be safe at the moment after all you dont want to be doing yourself any further injury and they have heard it all before so wont be bothered even if you feel like the earth should swallow you up for even thinking about it lol :-)
