I love all this wedding talk. Tara, I totally think you can do it in 10 weeks. My best friend is getting married on 5th June, my Mum got married on 6th June last year and the weather was amazing (on the Isle of Wight). I agree M&S are fab for cakes, Debenhams have some lovely Bridesmaids and Bridal style dresses. If you have fairly 'normal' size fingers then you shouldn't have to wait too long for rings to be re-sized.

I have a beautiful deep red wedding dress you would be welcome to borrow if you didn't want white, although it would probably be too big for you (size 14, but with room for biggish boobies in the top)!

I don't know if you've been discussing the infantino bag sling recall but I thought I'd pop in and post a couple of really good links.

baby sling safe and sling guide. The former has information on using your slings safely and the recall. The latter has loads of fab information on slings in general.

how ridiculous that 2 health visitors in the same town can be so different, mine was completely unbothered about A not sitting and shes a month older!!!!! :eek:

i started A first with a banana, i held it for her which defeats the object, but she just kept missing lol. her favourite things are the heinz biscotti finger biscuits, she sucks them and they go to mush in her mouth like rusks, but easier shaped for holding!

they say give babies fingers of toast to suck not crusts, but A does much better with the crust its sturdier!

i cant think of much else she has.

Re: JLS concert. I know its not the same, but does Chris like either McFly or the Saturdays, apparently they are on at Haigh Hall in the summer. So open air, not as enclosed, may be better for Chris. But obviously six months earlier. Not sure exactly when its on, but was in a leaflet Joe came home from school with, with events and stuff for kids to do in Wigan & Leigh.

Chris is just obsessed with JLS and Lady Gaga :cool: he plays JLS so much that if you sing it Edgar looks round thinking Chris is there :rotfl:

finger food - J has half a banana, toast, sticks of cucumber, ricecakes - need to try more stuff really I usually end up shovelling it in for him!
