    Ok, OH is being a complete !!!!, reckons I don't get to pick a ring and I'm all for not having photographer etc and he thinks we should. He also thinks I'm mad for asking people to bring food even though he's the stingiest person alive!!! :mad: He's standing here now being a plonker. :cool:

    Ok, here's my thinking...

    Bring a dish off our list,
    DD does the cake with her OH,
    her OH's Mum is a photographer,
    my friends cousin is a whizz with arty stuff and has done all the tables for lots of weddings,
    DD's friend does flowers,
    Car, not so important, can find a smart one.
    Too many children, too little time!!!

    Are you having a ring pull from a can of stella then instead of a ring?
    I think you should have a photographer too.. :p

    People like bringing food.. though I think you should have people bringing set things off a list or something so you don't end up 250 frozen blackforest gateaux! and nothing savoury. They could do that instead of presents!

    Sounds like a cheap plan! You know someone that can do hair make up or will you do your own?
