    ETA - I have been to a bring a meal wedding in a marque thing in my friends back garden and it was lovely !!

    Did you just take your own food or a dish to put on a table to share?
    Too many children, too little time!!!

    We were each told a specific thing so mine was a lasagne, someone else was salad, others were asked for wine ... and then there was a big long table ans we all helped ourselves
    Was really good and because it was a mixture and everyone had something they liked !!

  • Tara - if you only have 10 weeks you can do it in 10 weeks... and bring a plate would be fab. One of the nicest weddings i went to was a registry do then we had a bring-a-plate picnic afterwards :)

    you'd have to do alist or you might end up with tons of salad and nothing else.

    krystal did the christening in a short space of time. Am sure with our help you could get it done! We could find you all the info you need - shame we don't live closer!

    Sarah Joanne could have done your cake
    Weezl could do photos
    Sami could do table plan (she's dead organised!)
    SM could do your table arrangements cos she's good at making them hamper thinsg look pretty!
    Elle could search for anything you needed
    I'll sing for ya - FIL just asked if I signed up for X-Factor yet cos if not I should go for Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz - yeah right :p
