CSH - Sorry they are ruining it for you! It's bad enough thinking about going back!

And your list reminded me that Jack also had ......................
half a banana after his lunch
a fruit pot after his curry

I tend to offer him ricecakes or Organix snacks as well in the afternoon if he's a bit shouty!

He also drinks a whole beaker of water throughout the day.

Happy birthday GISI (I kept forgetting) :o

ETA - what jars is K having?

Where does the time go?

can anyone tell me how much there 7/8 month olds eat??

    It varies hugely..

Most of mine were not on food until about 10-11 months

DD2 however would have *takes a deep breath*

2 weetabix with to a mush
    a slice of toast
    2 small yoghurts
    a banana

Then I'd dress her while she screamed.. then she would have a boob feed.. That was breakfast!!!!!!!!

Lunch she'd have pasta and cheese or mushed veggies followed by a fruit puree.. then boob

Dinner.. whatever we were having.. anything from sunday dinner to potato waffles and sausages.. followed by dessert and juice

Bedtime.. 2 rusk or 2 weetabix and boob

She is almost 13 and still loves her food!

CSH I do love you name it reminds of the joke.. What do you call a fish with no eyes?

    FSH!!

My DD has been at the hairdresser today getting it dyed black and hot pink! Shes a bit mad lol Its totally cool looking tho.

Shes into this emo type thing called 'scene', I'm old and don't get it but its like big multicoloured hair and funky make up and that. I never had the confidence to do anything when I was that age so chuffed she has!

Was so funny last night, me and OH were watching MJ's This Is It, and I started laughing cos MJ had skintight red jeans on and I said look DD's jeans lol

Still on the smooth stage 1 jars. He'll eat anything apart from peas.

Going to Sainsburys tomorrow for cheap stuff so will get a few with lumps in to try.

Sorry I should have said Elliot loves being tucked in, cos he was swaddled in SCBU. I just wondered if we kept him tucked in a blanket at night while feeding if it would help him realise its sleep time?

Ah well ok cool 2oz isnt bad then :)

I just get confused that he can easily eat 2oz at each feed during the day but come night time he only has 1oz lol

Don;t know how much he's having cos we're BF bt Alfie feeds a lot better during the day than at night (and goes longer between feeds in the day)
