Tigs - my fairies say a belated ('hic') thanks right back at ya :D

Can I join in the not sleeping brigade? C has been in with me for the past three nights so we can all get some sleep. Tried Calpol, Calprofen and teething powders to no avail. I'm happier with her in with me for a night or two.

However Calling all co-sleepers How do you fit baby and OH in bed with you? Is LO in the middle or the edge? What do you think about those bed side guard things? They say not for under 18 months but I'm sure C would wake if she got trapped by it. SHRUG.

We have step DD up in two weeks and if C isn't back in her cot, OH needs to come back in with me and C (either that or I go on the nursery floor) as he sleeping in SDD's bed at the mo. I wouldn't like to put C in the middle in case OH squashes her (he says he wouldn't but it would worry me). Will try to get her back in her own cot by then but if not, any advice?

Hugs to all and yeahs all round for good news xxx

We've always had Alice in the middle when we've had her in with us. (But these days OH generally prefers to sleep elsewhere if Alice is in our bed because they have arguments about space in the middle of the night.) I wouldn't like to comment on the bedside guard things as I've only ever looked at them in pictures and I think it's something you would want to actually look at in real life and make your own decision.
