Morning all. 5:30 start for us this morning. If I don't get a nap today then I'm going to cry
We are having an "at home" day today as we've not done that for weeks. Just need to pop to tesco this morning, and maybe go to the park if madam gets restless (she brings me her coat and shoes :rotfl: and yesterday when I took the bins out to the chute she followed me out and walked straight to the lift. Lickily she can't reach the button ).
Happy Birthday Fergie!

Happy birthday Fergie. Hope you have a lovely day xx
Yet another uni day today. Must get this essay finished. The deadline is noon tomorrow and no extensions permitted, but I'm in a tutorial for my other course tomorrow so it needs submitting by tonight.
Should get the blood test results back this afternoon. Have to ring after 2pm.
Tired. Charlotte was screaming at 3.15am and I went rushing through to find her in a panic because she had lost Ted. He was on the floor, so I picked him up and gave him back to her and she went back to sleep. Took ages to drop back off again though.
Have a good day all xxHere I go again on my own....0 -

Forgive me if I've repeated things other people have said - I haven't had time to fully catch up.
I was thinking about the reins thing and I noticed that a large proportion of the people who object to reins because they think they're for dogs either have or have had dogs. I may be completely way out but I wonder if that is an influencing factor?I had parents evening too. Can she change back if she's not happy with it? I hate the top table stuff, makes the bottom ones feel like the class dunces!Erin is top but Ben is one up from bottom. DS1 was always bottom, if there had been a personality table he'd have been top!

Happy birthday Fergie! :bdaycake:
Up early here too - Elena had an unsettled night - up every 2 hours instead of every 3Maybe will get a nap later?!? I still think that it is typical that the few nights she actually slept for about 8 hours in one go, were nights I had the cold and woke myself up coughing so couldn't get the benefit of them
I dunno why she decided she needed to go back to waking up all through the night after that!
Not sure what we're doing today - need to get some tidying up done, and we may be going for a walk with some mummy and baby friends if the weather is nice, but it is rather overcast just now so we'll see if it improves.
First, breakfast time! Anyone want some toast while I have the toaster on?0 -
Elle / anyone that buys pampers/fairy/ gillette etc - have you signed up for the Supersavvyme.com / credit crunch voucher thing? - 2 more lots of coupons coming my way for Sainsburys and Tescos (reciept was OOD but they still accepted it) :j
Thanks Sami for TT info, I dont think we will use pull ups as that might confuse Henry I think.... just using normal pants at nursery...which reminds me anyone want a £2 voucher for Huggies pull ups
And you know the vouchers you get from Tesco Baby and Toddler club with your name on... can only you use them?Buttonmoons wrote: »My mum was telling me a story earlier about when I was 2.
She had left me with my real dad to nip to the shop. I clearly wasn't happy about that, and unlocked the door myself and went out to find her.
I actually remember bits and pieces of this story too, and never made sense of it.
Anyways, I unlocked the door, went outside, crossed a busy main road and ended up in the shop and found her. I was wearing my bright yellow pyjamas.
I still remember unlocking the door, and feeling a sense of happyness when I saw my mum beside the fruit and veg bit in the shop.
I really was an escape artist (and apparently very clever)
The same as when Henry took himself and the dog to the park across the road last year at 8pm at night!! He wasnt even 2 then!!MadDogWoman wrote: »I can't remember who but someone was looking at getting a Rover 25, just be aware it is impossible to get parts for these cars now.
I work in an Accident Repair Centre and we've had a Rover on site for over 3 months trying to locate a part, managed it now but even then it's not the exact one for the model.
We have a Rover and an MG (same thing obviously) and we never have problems getting parts for them... there are a couple of websites that sell the parts quite reasonably....
Happy Birthday Fergie :bdaycake:
Right plan for today, dentist, Sainsburys for the wipes offer and Hoover coming back from repair man.... Phew that was a long post !Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.0 -
