Sami, Amber is only being moved because she is trying to climb out! She's having her first nap in her big girl cot. :(
I don't really think Ed should still be in his, he sits up in it and it would only take him leaning over the side to see something for him to fall out I'm sure but while Chris is in the cotbed we have no choice until we can make space for a single bed somewhere :o
I wish Ed would nap in bed, he always sleeps on me or in the car/pram, he wakes up if you put him down in the day tut!

I will definitely be going :j(well as long as the weather is ok) I've been before and it's lovely seeing all the kites in the air and they do displays as well.

Had my last parent class today and really sad it's finished but managed to get a few email address and trying to start a facebook page so I can keep in touch with some of them. Bit angry with myself for not speaking up, the speaker today told us all to get plug covers but as someone on her said it's worse to use them. I'm just too quiet sometimes and it's really annoying
can you remember why its worse? I only use them on 1 plug here and same at my mums and MILs as 99% are out of the way/used etc
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

when you put the plug sockets in they become live!!! whereas if kids stuck something into the open socket they would be fine as it needs to have the 3 prongs to make it live. there is a youtube video on it!

Since you'd need to have something stuck in all three holes for current to flow, I think it would be pretty hard for a child to do themselves any harm with a socket anyway. We were given some free by the HV at the 8-12 month check so I use them in extension leads to keep the dust out.

I put those plastic covers in most of the plug holes, I shouldn't of bothered though as she just used to pull them and try and build towers with them. She never bothered poking her finger or anything else in a hole?

I think it's me that needs em anyways, when my laptop charger broke, I thought "oh maybe it's the fuse" so I swapped the one from my hair straighteners to the charger and vice versa. Didn't work, and then when I went to use my straighteners it didn't work (was probably the wrong volt fuse, but it is me lol) anyways so swapped them back over but I wanted to make sure that it worked before screwing the back on.....

Yes I am an idiot and yes I got electric shocked when I went to remove the plug from the wall. Just touching all the wires and whatnot < Karen = Eejit!
