Weezl, photo retouching is a lovely offer! Photobox and what not charge a fortune for it!
Beenie, Amber is so lovely, she is getting big, but she is still a wee dot to me0 -
Awww Beenie she is gorgeous!!!!
Well we are finally home YAY all 3 of us and I have pictures for you, I've just posted a few here but if you are on my facebook there are more there, if you arent and want to add me, feel free lol
Elliot is currently upstairs with OH asleep, I couldnt get back to sleepbet I pay for that later!
BF is going so so, we managed two feeds yesterday laying down on the bed, so maybe thinking we should try and get that down then once he knows what to do 100% etc try again holding him, cos I dont want to have to lay down with him to feed him.
Does anyone have any tips about what to do with the other breast? like I fed him my right breast but then my left one just totally poured with milk and I couldnt help but think my god what a waste lol
We are topping him up with either my milk that I've managed to express (when he has a feed I then express to see if there is any left, cos that way I thought my boobs would still have time to fill up again lol) or formula.Debt £30,823.48/£44,856.56 ~ 06/02/21 - 31.28% Paid OffMortgage (01/04/09 - 01/07/39)

GISI, I've always just used a courier who collect it from the house. But it does mean staying in all day. So uhm... I don't know?
That was so helpful and still I'm going to hit reply anyway...
Me too, but the Loola is too heavy for [STRIKE]everyone[/STRIKE] my usual courier so I'm using Parcelforce, which is cheap when done through Paypal.
I think I can just drop it at my usual post office, so that is a job for once hubby is home.workinmummy wrote: »Runs in.....
Alex slept from 8pm until 6.15am. First time in 6 months and 18 days.
Woo hoo!:T
I am loving the Hazelwood necklace. Put it on him on Friday. And since Saturday he has been a different baby. Lovely, happy, smiley, pleasant. May be a coincidence, but I'm going with it. :j
Away to try and catch up from Friday.
Go Alex!!!! That is fab news WM!
A mummy friend of mine has used teething necklaces on both her boys and thinks they are great. She is German, and said they are very popular in Germany...
hello NMS, this is nowt to do with what you've just written but I keep forgetting half way through a post that I want to ask you something :rotfl:
it's about the fairy exchange. I feel bad that I don't give away as much as others, mostly because I pretty quickly knew I'd need it all again for Kesterbut I do really want to be generous to my friends on here as you all have been to me. So I've been thinking about it, and realised that I've done photo retouching for people, and I know that's been helpful to different people on here. So I wondered if I could please offer that? I know it's a bit odd, but when you have a baby family really love to get photos but then it's really gutting if they have red-eye or a bogey or leftover weetabix :rotfl:
Anyway please have a think if a 'skills swap' could be counted as a part of it. Don't worry if not, I don't want to stretch things so far that it stops being what it's meant to be
Thanks lovely
That is a lovely offer Weezl, and I think it would be a perfect offer on the FE.
I just ordered some of those bibs from the Mam website, thanks NMS! Paid £5.50 for 4 bibs including postage and paid through Paypal! Mega bargain of the day.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Aww she's lovely Beenie!
I'm sorry I've not shut up this morning but I didn't really post yesterday so I have LOADS to say
Edgar last night drank 1/2oz of water from his bottle, it took longer than your average 9mth old would take because he was faffing about with it but yey! hopefully we're getting somewhere0 -
Beenie, she's lovely looking.
Tia, I meant to say that Molly was wearing the dress Amber has in your sig yesterday, and I called him over to read your must-pee-can't-pee-bloody-kids post and he got so confused looking at your avvie :rotfl:
I am feeling much better after putting Tim Minchin's White Wine in the Sun on repeat - it is guaranteed to have me in floods of tears and while everyone else is asleep I am letting it all out. He has the expat experience dead right, except the thing that worries me the most: home for me is a difficult concept because there's where my parents live, where I spent most of my adult life so far, where my husband and baby and I live and they're all home to an extent - but they won't necessarily all be home to Molly and her future siblings.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
