SS lovely girl I was thinking of you today, and have been thinking a bit about birth stories as I'm trying to write mine for sami's excellent thread. Then I read this today in the new internationalist, and I thought of you, labouring with Molly. Might be a bit random but I hope it's meaningful:

Thank you lovely girl, I wonder if that's part of my problem - nobody seems to understand just how I felt, even the people closest to me. It does help :A

Lastminute.de have just f#cked us. They just sent us a bill for over €2000 for our holiday which was supposed to cost half that - because their suppliers have run out of the cheaper option and although we entered a legally binding contract with them the contract is only one-way - so if we can't fly we have to pay, but they are not obliged to give us the offer we contracted for.

So they tell you a price, you agree to pay that price, and then they change the price and you have to pay it anyway? Thats awful, doesnt German law protect you at all?

My poor baby is covered in bruises all over his legs, a lump on his forehead, a scratch on his cheek and a bruise on his cheek. I know boys are meant to be rough and tumble, but eeeek! People will think we abuse him :o:(

  • Hello Lovelies :hello:

I'm back from my weekend at the in-laws and we had a lovely night out last night.

I haven't properly caught up, but have seen Weezl's stunning picture of Kester and Fergie and just wanted to say another congratulations. They are both beautiful. I'm glad the chat with the MW was useful too.

I hear that Kindof and Elliot are on their way home, so big yay for them too.

Hugs, congrats, commiserations etc to everyone else in need of them.

I am currently having a major clear out in preparation for our new kitchen, so am currently ebaying, freecycling and charity shopping all manner of junk!
