Ben's just told me he's doing a life saving badge next week, he's 6, what's he gonna life save, a barbie doll? :rotfl:

you'd be surprised.. when I was about 8 a girl a couple of years lower than me had an epileptic seizure and stopped breathing the child who gave her resus was only about 7 herself.. she got a certificate and a medal from the ambulance service.

They don't have the lung capacity to save an adult but as they spend more time with children it is ok.

SS - that's rubbish about the holiday. Hope you get something sorted out soon.

Just reminded me and I've transferred the balance of our holiday from my savings account to my current account. Once it gets there I'll ring up and pay them!
Here I go again on my own....

Maz, piccie of Kester here - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=30978249&postcount=5110 (hopefully you can see it cos some are struggling). Weezl has changed her sig with name and weight info. The gorgeous one arrived at 2.04am, some issues but all in all a good home birth :)

Kindof has also had Elliot, a whopping 10lb 11oz (hope I got that right!). Elliot had some breathing problems and had to be transferred to another hospital then back again, but both came home this afternoon :D

Sominum also had Tahlie, who I apologise for not knowing the weight of :o All is well there, I think :)

It's AF's little girl's first birthday today; Beenie has the decorating bug (and was very brave and has spoken to the police about her ex); Sami's OH is away again for another week.... and... I'm still thinking :D

Oh my gosh, and the other AWESOME news, Poppie came home on Thursday! :D :j

MFD is sunning herself in Tenerife, SS is trying to get to Tenerife or anywhere sunny, and MM is in Nottingham this week on a work course :)

Maz, there was a little drama, and Kester had to come out ASAP but it all turned out well in the end. Weezl had a debriefing from the midwife and seems to feel a lot better about the urgency of it all. She did have a home birth and would still prefer a home birth over a hospital birth if they ever have another. Very quick labour, can't remember his weight, sorry!

    :hello: 3 :D x

:hello: Searchie. I'm popping in and out, whilst getting school bags ready, washing, doing packed lunches - the usual Sunday night stuff.

Are you all set for work? And did you have your night out this weekend?
