No, and the friend involved is a Fireman and when he offered to help it was because of this that he went with security. He's not exactly the sort to make it up, IYKWIM. He's a Dad too. Was strange though as he said he saw it, do you think the men involved where hoaxers?Too many children, too little time!!!0 -

Is it worth popping an email to them?
Have just registered with BizzieBabys and emailed them re: the Hazelwood necklaces. As I am one desperate mummy, as Alex has reflux and eczema as well as teething.
They have just rang me and said "they will see what they can do"

Thanks MFD, thats what I thought... I emailed them today and they replied "We have to wait 21 days from the date of despatch before we are able to do a postal loss investigation with the Royal Mail for you" well surely thats today then!! unless they mean working days ie when Royal Mail are able to deliver.
Great email btw Tara , sorry I forgot to reply earlier....

To be fair, even if it is made up, we can still all learn from it. It would only take a second for someone to be off with your child if they wanted to be.

my mum told me a similar story about a shopping centre in Ireland.
pops up every so often. prob a bit of fact somewher but apparently its all a hoax.
i heard it was told by police to a mums group to illustrate how quickly a child can disappear and not be found. but thats prob not true either'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
