No chance! Just dreaming... We would max out what we can get in a morgage combined with hopefully a good profit from this place.

I briefly flirted with the idea of moving but had a wee look into it and 80% LTV was as good as the mortgage market got!!! No chance!

My builder is not called dave PMSL! he is Les:rotfl: its easter soon so a wee visit could happen Tia!
