I'd for anything high carb- toast is always good, or a sarnie or some pasta. I'd steer clear of greasey stuff, but whatever you fancy, I guess!

KOAG it sounds like your body's gearing up - I'd go for something like porridge, fairly gentle on the stomach but filled with all kinds of good slow-release energy. Add a bit of honey if you feel like you need to perk up a bit faster.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

That's gorgeous, is it a didymos?
Ocah's are gorgeous, I want one even though I almost always use wraps now!Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0 -
What a lovely picture Boo - you're both so pretty!
Thank you
KOAG as the others say, carbs, porridge maybe soup and toast? Something that doesnt feel heavy on your stomach should be ok.
I haven't got the heart to change Isla's outfit, OH was too proud of himself for getting her ready! Maybe she'll have a poopslosion to deal with soon
GISI - Isla too has gone from about 7 poos a day to 1 or 2.Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0 -

It is indeedDidymos nino violet/rose to be precise lol. I've got the Girasol Moor on order too, I can't wait for it to come next month, I'm expecting it to take some breaking in before it's as cushy as my didy though. I love my wraps but use my BH and ring sling quite a lot for their speed, Isla doesn't like being fussed about when I'm wrapping! I really need to master back wraps soon too.

Tia, caz, CSH all scottish contingent... I'm just about to upload a biscuit recipe for my vegan meal planner that's very like a shortbread but contains cornmeal.
Would it be ok to call it a shortbread or would there be a scottish outcry about the cornmeal?!
A lot of the old recipes use part flour part corn flour (corn flour is the same as corn meal right?), so yeah, go for itlove the picture Sami, saw it on FB but don't think I've friended Fritha yet.
Can I ask you more experienced mummys... is it just an old wives tale that bottom teeth come through first? Got the dribble, pink cheeks, biting everything, and yesterday had the inconsoleable screaming. Just want to know what I'm keeping an eye out for really. Seems more white at the top but still not enough to know if it is pressure making it white or teeth starting to come down? even less showing at bottom, hope she won't be suffering with them for too long.
Thanks in advance xx
DS1 got his uppers first, DS2 got his lowers first. But we have yet to get a tooth from Amber.0 -
I think Rhys is on a mega eating fest! Apparently he had an extra 120ml of milk in the night, then 110ml with me and has just practically inhaled a weetabix with peach bits, and now he's attempting my crumpets too.. :cool:redmel1621 wrote: »Caz....what about one of those doors that are like stable doors, they open half and half...my cousin used to use one on her kids bedrooms instead of gates.
