Lulz, i brayed on the wall instead. I reckon they turned it down about 3 notches. I can still hear it from where i am and there's a kitchen in between.

Mel i've complained loads before so i don't buy that they don't realise anymore. First few times i did, but not anymore. They are proper MUPPETS!!

I tried recording it on my phone but it came back fuzzy, i don't have anything more suitable :(

Ah, I guess it is the long winded report it to the council, then record it on a notepad every time they do it, what time it started how long it went on etc...the council then send you out some high tech recording device which you use for a set length of time, THEN they will act!! Can you tell i've been there before....

No sorry, only read a few pages !!
Thanks for asking, he is doing great at the minute, but has decided sitting up for mummy isnt going to happen, but will do it for nanny and granny !!
I have a date through for his eye test so we will get a date to get his tear duct opened and possibly get his eyeball turned and also test to see if he needs glasses.
And he still throws up far too much but there is nothing they will do at the minute as he is still putting on weight !! But he is still my happy smiling baby boy that I wouldnt change for the world :D

Did you get a better nights sleep last night ??

Haha what a little miscreant :rotfl: I'm so glad he's doing well.

Last night I was up and posting at 3am :o but had 4.5 straight hours between 5 and 9:30 so feeling almost human.

Beenie, keep complaining. Your housing officer should be on the case even more given the problems with your ex.

I first officially reported it a few days before Amber was born, since then i've lost count of how many times i've rang. :(

Our housing officer hasn't mentioned diaries, i pre-empted it by saying if you want a diary i'll keep a log of when they're NOT being noisy that'll be quicker. But she said she'd rather just sort it by having words with them.

THEN the fookwits deicded to be childish and they rang her and said they wanted to complain about ME banging on their walls. WTFFFFFFFFF!!!!!! I'd banged on their walls twice to get them to !!!!!!. Maybe not the most diplomatic way of dealing with it but at 1am i'd rather not have to get dressed and go and face them.

She has mentioned the recording equipment and i was worried it might not pick up what i'm getting because when it's not their music it's a drooooooooooooooooooone bum-boof thundery type noise if that makes sense? I had a clock on the wall before i decorated and it used to vibrate cos of it.

Oh btw would i be showing myself as total stalkerish if i admit to looking up the Freak on facebook? lol... Well his pics were public and from one pic i can see that their sofa is on my kitchen wall and next to it is a stereo. So i guess they've got the TV hooked up to the stereo.

Yep it's the bass, it sounds like they are constantly watching dark gritty films. Or my latest theory is some game such a Modern Warfare or something? The ex agreed it must be a game, when he was last here. I'd first assumed it was a movie and after 3 hours passed i was thinking !!!!!! how long is this movie. But it's so obviously a game

HV worte the council a letter stating that the neighbour dispute and noise issues are causing me to have a low mood... Nothing was done i'm still in Band 4 for a move which is the lowest band there is, for people who just fancy a change. So when i look at the houses it always says "There are 50 people in front of you for this property"

Bl00dy school letter, £27 for swimming lessons. Ben can swim over 200 metres so he doesn't need them. Oh and it says pay or don't go and I can hardly leave him out!
Too many children, too little time!!!

Right-click and save the photos Beenie, and tell the housing officer you looked at their FB pictures, their stereo is against your wall and suggest he asks them to move it and solve the problem.

    Me too.

Edit: and make sure your HV updates the letter with concerns about domestic violence and your ex who deliberately brought toxic amounts of "substances" into your home.

    :grouphug: to Krystal's family.
Scruff - I'm a really bad mum as I didn't even know she could count, yeah I count stuff with her but never actually tested her IYKWIM.
I discovered Alice could count just when I was thinking I ought to make a conscious effort to count things (like stairs) so that she would learn. The previous day my Auntie was convinced she'd been saying "four" after she's said, "One two three" but I didn't think she could possibly know them. I guess they pick up more than we realise.
Any chance the next north east meet can be more northern? I'm in northumberland and dont drive lol (or I could tag on the scottish one if they dont mind, trains are cheap enough if you book in plenty time)
Beenie's the furthest south so as long as she's happy, I would've thought further north would be fine.

Don't they have to provide lessons as part of PE unless they're above a certain standard? I can't see that they can justify charging people who have reached the standard and below the standard it would be compulsory so they couldn't charge them.
