Thanks :) lol yes no nastys please lol

Thanks for all the advice about E being in his own room, I am nervous being his first night, but he is currently in there now and I will hear him on the monitor (he snores lol)

I hope it works out for you, as you've seen on here loads of people have done it with no problems. I'm just lazy and refuse to get out of bed at night so have Erin in with me!

london meet It would be nice if Lou66 could join us as well as she is near me. She hasn't posted on here since Jan but I have her number so will text her tomorrow. 28th or 5th is fine for me. I can shout you a meal Aless, payback for those lovely biscuits you bought me :) If you can get to mine I'll probably drive down.

    Morning.

I really need to get some blackout blinds on the boys room, they are getting up earlier and earlier. Today they were up and downstairs at 6.30!! They are in the front bedroom (so is the babies room) and the house must be *something* facing.....wherever it is the sun rises.

They are being a nightmare lately too, I'm wondering if it's due to them getting up so early everyday?

Plan for today...Give car litle clean as the guy is supposed to be coming to collect it today (he finally got back from Poland!) Tots group for an hour, mum dropping by with her car to borrow it to us for tomorrow:) ds1 got footy practice this eve, plus nag dh to tidy kitchen and I will do bathroom and toilet!!

    Mel x

Our house faces the other way Mel, but Aimee's room is on the back so she gets all the light too... I don't think it matters to her though, we went through a phase of fetching her back to bed because she was getting up at 5am  and that was in winter lol...

I'm tired today... Couldn't drag hubby off the eggbox last night so didn't get the early night he was on about all day yesterday, and the baby woke me 3 times in the night and was a wotsit to settle... Ended up leaving her whinging and turning my back on her which seems to work to some extent... I'm going to try and feed her more today, she fed at 4:30 but wouldn't settle at all until she'd had both sides which is rare for her...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

*positive vibes* for your nephew Krystal.

Beenie - I would keep shed loads of diaries and play on the fact they are making you unhappy and down. Would the doctor be of any help if it's affecting your health? The more of a case you can make, the more likely you can be moved.

Susan - Charlotte loves the pic of Alice, and when I was scrolling through the thread she was saying "there's Alice" and "oh there's Alice again" :D

Charlotte amazes me with stuff she comes out with. She randomly shouted "curly c for cupboard" last night and I said "do you know anything else that starts with curly c?" and she rattled off cheese, chocolate and chicken. No idea where that has come from.
Here I go again on my own....

Susan, afaik swimming is no longer considered compulsory, it is now up to the individual school to provide it as a lesson(if they choose to), although they won't recieve funding, hence asking the parents to pay!!
The new curriculum isn't mandatory until 2011 which should mean that the old one still applies. (Unless there was another update which I don't know about.) But if your child isn't a competent swimmer, it is worth paying for lessons but if they are it may not be (ours were a complete waste of time - my brother came home with a 200m certificate one day when he had already swum five thousand).

(And I think £3/lesson is a good price - I'm fairly sure my mum charges more than that.)

SS my HV wrote a 2nd letter about the DV issues, i didn't get a copy of that one though so can't be certain it actually happened.
You can ask her for a copy - she should be obliged to give you one if you request it under the data protection act.

They sound like Alice but she has a blackout blind and a north facing room. (Sun rises in the east and sets in the west.) I think maybe she can sense a difference when it is light.

Ah she's so sweet. Alice sometimes looks att he avatars too and then demands I go back to whichever one she's taken a liking to.
