    4pm on Saturday 3rd July!!!

    :D:D:D

:j:j We're at a barbeque on that day for my cousins 30th birthday. We've already arranged for it to be lovely and sunny. :D:D

    Beenie And breathe.
I've got gears on my bike and I never touch them. :o

    Susan Gorgeous new avvy.

Weezl Lovely to see you. :)

MDW Clever Katie. (Who needs number 8 anyway!) ;)

We registered V with the dentist whenever we all went for a checkup after she was born. We love our dentist. He likes the babies to come in from young, and he'll let them have a sit in the chair and rub the gums/count the teeth, so that by the time they actually need a checkup it's not new and scarey.

He also said to use normal toothpaste for the children as we don't have flouride in our water. (I think it's different in different areas). He said to look out for a mildmint one for the littleys.

I went for my driving course today. It was actually quite interesting! The morning was in the classroom, then in the afternoon we were paired up and went out driving with a driving instructor.

V was with MIL as usual for a Wednesday, so OH had the day to himself once he'd got the big two off to school.
He managed to put two curtain rails up - and that's about it! The breakfast dishes are still sitting by the sink.

ETA: Ooops - happy birthday to Doras gorgeous Daniel. xxx

I'd put the dishes on his side of the bed!!!

Now to tell people about our 'engagement party'!
Too many children, too little time!!!
    :p
  • Hi Keely - nice to see you back on FB hope everything is going ok :)

Hi Weezl I think its v rude of your ILs, if I was visiting someone with 2 babies I would be bringing my own meals and helping out all I could x Nice to see you pop back on tho and lovely pic

LO has taken to undressing herself and taking off her nappy. She was sat with the wipes before shouting 'I wiped it' whilst cleaning her fairy bits:p

Gone is my lovely little gentle girl and has been replaced with a hitting, kicking, little monster who has on occasion be known to spit:( I know its just a phase but its not a very nice one

Doctor decided Elijah's rosy cheek was a form of infected eczema  and we went home with a 7-day antibiotic course, hydrocortisone cream and an emollient cream! Unfortunately he hates the antibiotic with a passion, and it has to be administered 4 times a day :( already proving quite a big struggle. As a bonus, it is extremely sticky, noticeably more so than Calpol, say - so every battle where drops are spilt is a huge mess!
We had that trouble when Alice had an infected chicken pox spot. We found that it helped when we told her that we knew it was nasty but she needed it to make her better. We also told her every time we gave it to her that it was the nasty medicine (as opposed to the paracetmol and pyriton she was also having which she didn't mind the taste of) so that she knew what to expect. The acknowledgment it was nasty and the warning each time really made a difference for us.

Bit of useless info - I was sat in the drs waiting room with Dave the Hairy biker today - he was having a retina test the same as OH:)

Bruno LO has just been prescribed some cream for a rash on her face Dr said it was mild impetigo and mild excema. Took her mainly because one of my friends children has 'slapped cheek syndrome' so was worried it was that - Hope E is better soon

I once sat in the waiting room for an x ray with Hugh Laurie. Sadly it was for an x ray of my bike so I was dressed in a hospital gown with my bum hanging out and looking less than alluring ;). He's very tall in the flesh.

    And one day after mine.

No he deffo doesn't need gears!! But my ex got it into his head that he needs them and that gears are so cool and grown up and that he could go faster with them.
Tell him you know someone who rode from Yarm to Darlington and back when they were a child without any gears. (Well technically I didn't quite make it back because I had an accident and some random passer by drove me home but near enough.)

:) He actually looked alot thinner so maybe the television does add 10lbs!

The cleaner in the surgery asked him for his autograph - Im sure Oh would have but I thought it was bit cheeky considering he had had his drops in to blur his eyesight!!

Katie counted to 12 all by herself tonight! She only missed the number 8.
:T Alice does the missing things out too. She used to miss out 5. She misses out Wednesday and Thursday when she does the days of the week.
