And welcome back Millie's Mum :pPeople quite often mistake Elijah for a girl :( he is cute and has long blonde hair :/ we bravely cut it a bit in his highchair in the garden at the weekend to try to improve gender recognition! But it is still long ;)

El's is quite short, she has it cut at the same time as Millie and I, I wasn't bothered about him thinking she was a boy but thats the first time its happened in 13 months!

I figure that at the moment I'm a bit wobbly, and if I had a chair that was a bit wobbly I'd fix myself before it catapulted the person sitting on me onto the floor. So I should do the same for myself.

Just got to say how much I love this crazy sentence!

Money Maker I saw someone this morning who works for the same company as you in Leeds and she was moaning that she should have been in belfast on a course (made me think of you).

Hi Keely I'll add you on FB shall I?

M'sM thanks for that i will measure C's inside leg later when his friend has gone home.

Counting down the minutes... lol. He only eats cheese pizza or chips and chicken nuggets/fish fingers.

Well i only had chips or burgers, he says he likes burgers. Then when presented with my master cookery (;)) he declares he hates burgers. Swine  He's a cheeky runt too, and his mother just laughs it off, but i go raging if C is cheeky to me, so he thinks i'm not a nice mam. Grr.
I'm at the point now where i don't give a monkeys and will tell Friend to !!!!!! while he's in my house.

Think tonsillitus is brewing up :( That's all i need, i get it about twice a year and it always hits me hard :( One chinese doc said it was the worst he ever saw in his career?!! But still they don't think iget it enough to have them out.

    Hello all,

I've read the las two pages and promptly forgotten everything :o

We've had a lovely day at sling meet and I've finally met Sami and her gorgeous boys :)

Beenie - hope your throats not too bad, I had my tonsils out when I was 17 and it hurt soo much. I was getting tonsillitus every fortnight for approx 12 months before they agreed to do it though.

Aless - sorry you did'nt get the job but don't be embarrassed. They'll remember that you were willing to put yourself forward for it and learn new skills and that always looks good. :)

Oh my god I cant believe I forgot to rant about this, While E was having a screamathon before I had him on my hip and went to get hi bottle out of the fridge and the freaking door fell off!!!!!!!

Kindof - why don't you try asking on freecycle? They're quite often being given away as it can cost to get the council to pick them up. Might tide you over while you save up a bit more/give you a bit more thinking time for the one you really want.

Personally, and it might just be me :o but if your going to have to put it on the CC I'd go for the cheapest one suitable rather than paying out even more on credit to get an american style one. We have one because I got it through work for a bargain price but their not very efficient if their not full all the time and it take's a lot to fill them!

Beenie, I had mine taken out when I was 27 and the pain really was horrendous, and lasted well over 2 weeks... I think I would have thought twice about having them out if I'd have realised how bad it would be... And I was getting full blown bacterial tonsilitus 4 times a year and viral about every 4 weeks (or when I slept in a draught) Start taking paracetamol and ibuprophen in cycles as soon as it starts to get bad, and drink water as hot as you can handle it... Was about the best I could do...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I kept getting told beforehand 'It's more painful as an adult to have them out than a child' and thought yeah right, it won't be that bad. How wrong was I?! And afterward's when I truly felt like death people would look at me funny as if to say 'You only had your tonsils out, kids have them out all the time!'

Kindof - sorry to hear about your fridge, We have just had to replace our freezer because it broke last week...we have gone for an American style one, but tbh if there were only 3 of us I wouldn't have bothered. Fact is in just over 2mths we are going to be a family of 6 and I found I was starting to struggle a bit anyway with space in the fridge and freezer (only at the beginning of the week though lol) On the other hand, like you say, it should last and therefore if you add to your family you won't have to worry about fridge space:) i also HATE replacing like for like, so couldn't bring myself to pay £200+ on an almost identical item.....pm sent too:)
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.
