My mam suggested maybe its time to put him in his room in his cot with the monitors on? what do you guys think about that?

I'd got for it. I think Alex was about 6 weeks, maybe less when he went in to his own room. You could just try him and see how it goes.

Yes, i'd put him in his cot :) We did with Elliot as he didn't sleep too well in our room in the moses basket. He has always loved his cot!

They won't all pop up at once, but will probably drive him mad for ages sadly. Teething gel is still a life saver for us, but at it's worst-cuddles and love helps with Elliots teething the most! We use calpol when needed, usually only at night though when he is in so much pain with it he can't sleep.

    Keely.

We all got much more sleep when I put A in her cot in her own room at 7 weeks, i was a bit scared, but she started sleeping through and so did I :D

everytime she moved in her moses basket it creaked and woke us all up

Kindof.. DS3 had teeth at 7 weeks...he got 4 through in just over 2 weeks.. fine BUT for the fact he was 9 weeks early!! My sister was a couple of weeks early and had teeth at 6 weeks. We used anbesol liquid.. but we never really had any trouble with any of these teething.. apart from DD1 who ended up in hospital half the time! And yes, if he is happier in the cot either move it into your room or put himin his own room.. mine always slept so much better once moved out.

Is there some reason why we shouldn't give chicken curry?
