I have this summertime thing but hardly ever use it as it takes a ridiculous amount of water in the bath before its even near them, let alone covering them!

I need sandals and accessories for a wedding next week so might bring the dress with me and you can feel free to style me! lol. Apart from that I don't NEED anything either! You can decide where to lunch this time.

Tried to reply last night but my gay phone decided not to actually post it lol.

Fitz yeah i was looking at bath things ages ago but i never got anything and now i'm thinking most of those lie back supports won't get much use.

Gave Amber a full carton of formula last night, and she settled lovely and was in bed by 9pm, and i had to wake her up this morning at 8! Not really having problems settling her on a night, but she was soooo whiney all day yesterday. DS said she was tired and i should put her in the cot. So i did and she had a nap and was a bit better. Seems pretty stupid that my 6 year old knows what to do more than me - and it's simple really lol, but i've never put her upstairs for a day nap. She doesn't usually have day naps unless it's a 10 min nap on me after a feed.
She never usually goes to bed that early though, was quite nice to have a bit of time to myself.

Mine were 12.. and halfway through year 7. from number 3 they have gone with older siblings though.

School is about 5-10 minutes walk (though it is taking me about 25 at the moment lol) and they cross 9 roads

Morning all..

Really drab wet day here. Where did the sunshine go?! No walk to the shops for us today then :cool: Consultant's app is at 4.10pm and visiting ends at 4pm so us getting in the car park when everyone else is getting out will be joyous! :cool: OH is coming with us since the app is much later in the day than usual so he can see the doc for a change, he's not seen her since we left hospital.

Lots of crazy jumping going on in the Jumperoo this morning. When do you move it up a level? If I did it now he'd be on tiptoes again but it would stop that banging when he bounces more than the springs allow on level 1 (or is it 3? the lowest one anyway).

Jam, if you're going to an MSE meet, it might be an idea to bring your camera and take a bunch of photos (and some of your family/friends' kids) and then edit them for a portfolio. When you see how good your work is you might feel a bit more comfortable charging for photos. If you can undercut other people and get some good word of mouth and a nice website set up you might find your business takes off

My conference is officially cancelled, which means I have to completely reorganise my week. Still, I'm starting with a mummies' pedicure at 1pm, we're meeting at the place, all getting a pedicure, and the mummies who aren't being seen are looking after the babies. Should probably go wash my feet...

I'm a bit worried because Molly is a bit bigger and a lot more boisterous than the other kids and these mummies might get a bit shell shocked :rotfl:

MM sorry about work, hopefully you'll be able to get squeezed onto something sooner.

Bruno, we have an expensive scooter here that the upstairs neighbours left in the hallway with a "Zum Mitnehmen" sign on it (to take away, free to first person who wants it). It has a guard on the wheel that separates it from the cheaper ones, but the guard on this one is broken so we had to remove it to make it work. Best to get a cheap, less complicated one I think.

There was other stuff I meant to comment on but I've forgotten it so hugs all round and I'll be off. Back later with pretty toesies...

K was always whiney and slightly annoying like that when he was teething. He was on his 3rd 'bout' of teething before any teeth at 5.5mths.

Think DS way of thinking was more 'put her away somewhere' than based on any magical parenting skills lol
