Scooters - am I dumb to be buying a £55 one when there are £15 versions available? Am I getting a much better quality item for my money, does anyone have experience in this area?0

Thanks Jakesmummy! Now I need to know where SM got the £10 off code from! SM, you around?:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator

thanks for looking! I hate the bias towards nice girly clothes  often the girls dept is twice the size of the boysgot-it-spend-it wrote: »I don't know the answer but would be interested......
Sami- I looked for the elephant trews in Tesco today but they only had Tiny Baby size. I was most disappointed with their boys clothes overall actually. The girls ones were lovely, but the boys ones not so much.
Fritha, not sure which friend it was but these are panda bum pants http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200386038354&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT0 -
Fitzio - Unfortunately not!
The dream feed didn't work either - he took 5oz but still wanted a bottle at 6.30am! Gonna try it again tonight to see as he's still sort of off his food. He's showing all the signs of teething but they just aren't coming through! Oh and have tried just blankets tonight and not the sleeping bag - I'm trying just about anything at the mo!
Have you tried a fleecy sleepsuit? I am sure the fairies would have one in J's size. Once MacSmiler told me to put a normal sleepsuit under it to stop him getting sweaty I haven't looked back.
I am kind of wondering what to do now though because Benjamin has practically outgrown his 12-18 month sleepsuits and I am undecided as to whether buy sleepsuits or PJ's.please listen to MFD - she is a wise woman

I'll be there and Boo did say she was coming. Hadn't realised it was THIS Wednesday though so thanks for the reminder!
Will probably be the last one I can make *sob*

I wouldn't mind if he woke up and then settled again - I would rather be up 3 times for a dummy than having him in our bed for 3 hours!
OH has veto'd the cot back in our room
At least when BIL leaves, you have the spare room free for night wakenings. That is my routine too these days. Up to pop her dummy in where possible, but if she is too awake, and take her into the spare room and we sleep in there so as not to wake OH. She isn't crying though, just blethering away "dadada hahaha" so I just take her into the spare bed with me and I go to sleep. She goes back to sleep when she is ready I suppose! Would be different if she was screaming though.
Bruno - lovely photos. Weather wasn't too bad here, dry but a bit chilly. Considering the forecast said sleet, that's not too bad!
MFD - how is your shoulder? Keep meaning to ask you. Mine is much improved.0 -
FWIW, MFD, at 20+ months we have I think 3 pyjama sets and 2 sleepsuits that we're using regularly.0

MFD- I noticed in Tesco today that they do PJs starting in newborn size. Doesn't everyone use sleepsuits at first?:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator

He wears a vest and sleepsuit - when it was really cold he wore a thin fleecy one. I worry about him getting too warm
Do you mean putting a normal sleepsuit under a fleecy one and then a sleeping bag?
Don't know why I'm worried as I let him sleep under our duvet! At least when BIL leaves, you have the spare room free for night wakenings. That is my routine too these days. Its usually screaming until I pick him up - then he stops and usually snuggles into me and goes back to sleep but the minute I put him back in his cot he's screaming again. We usually get the chatting from 5am so I end up in the rocking chair - at least now I can just go in the spare room!
Right, I'm going to feed J then go to bed. Night lovely ladies & Bruno
