Dilemma, we were going to have a small party for Chris on Sunday, but with them all being poorly (Chris has diarrhoea) I don't know if I should. Amber is fine now btw, bad dirrhoea but nowhere near as bad as she was yesterday, she's had breakfast and some lunch and is now sleeping again.

I've a feeling folk will still want to come up, and if they just have diarrhoea then maybe I should let them? Just limit it to 2 hours? It's going to be all adults, I've told my friend not to come over with the kids.

In one way I really can't be bothered, but he's going to be 5 and has been looking forward to being 5 for 3 years!

Maybe I should just tidy up and decide in the morning.

I might have done that in my wilder days but not now Tia, now I'd appeal to their better natures and get two hairy truck drivers to bed in together so I could have a berth.

On a MSE note, it's worth keeping a close eye on conditions even if people aren't planning on travelling because imported fruit and veg are going to get expensive and scarce if things continue. Maybe buying a few tins of Value veg would be a good idea for people on a budget :)

Things are always so clear in my head...

Maybe I should retire to the sofa :(

I'm sitting here all miserable, the b!tch postwoman brought information about an apartment we were interested in renting, it's GORGEOUS and really perfectly laid out, but on a middle floor and three times our current rent so no :( Two bathrooms plus a separate toilet, office, 3 bedrooms, dining room, massive living room, a "wardrobe" room, 20+sq.m kitchen and three balconies. Underfloor heating, cellar for storage, designer bathrooms....

But it's £50 in the baby event... Just hope they have some in our store! :o
That looks pretty much the same as our one, but with a footmuff! I'd check how the footmuff attaches though, cos our old one attached by a tiny bit of velcro at the top and used to slip down all the time, very annoying! With the one we have now there are poppers on the back for a footmuff to go onto which is much better. But the seat is all saggy now, so I dont know how long it will last :(

On a final note, as you are my internet friends and unreal, it is ok to say that we are at the BFP stage. Only 4-5 weeks in so no real news beyond that. OH is a bit anxious as she is much crampier this time than last, she sees the doctor on Tuesday just in case.
:j:T How did you persuade your OH that you needed another baby?? Well done you two xx

    Happy birthday Mooki xx

I am decidedly ill, bad throat and ears, and dizzyness, and general snottyness. OH dragged me to the NHS walk in clinic to see a doctor, waited for over an hour to be told that I do have a ear and throat infection, but as I'm only on day 2-3 of it they wouldnt prescribe anything til I got to day 4-5?! What a load of tripe! I wish my own GP surgery had a walk in Saturday clinic, they would have given me my usual ear drops/painkillers combo :(
I am so glad to now be able to add diawoowoo to the list too *rolleyes* I really, really hope I dont pass this onto Seth!!
