    Thanks Elle :A

Gonna make his fave fish pie for tea so hopefully he'll have that.

No prob ;) Glad you had a better day :)

Can I have your fish pie recipe pls? I picked up some reduced haddock and put it in the freezer with the intention of doing something with it for Rhys but don't know what! :o

*hugs* MM.. how crappy :( (and grrr at the blinking post being ferried - could have sent that parcel after all )

We've been to the ILs. Had a nice chat and everything.. But the toy she pulled out for Rhys to play with was absolutely filthy! :( I let him play for a few minutes then said we were going inside to sit in the warm, hoping to be able to wipe and disinfect his hands (since he'd been encouraged to stroke their dog too, along with the dog licking his hands - he doesn't go near my parents' dog ), but they all followed us in. Thankfully he kept his hands away from his mouth and then fell asleep in the car (with me watching him in the mirror from the passenger seat) and I wiped him down and alcohol gel'ed him as soon as we got in! :p:o

aww elle, I think I would have just lifted a wipe and cleaned it there in front of her and not said anything !! She would be too embarrassed to say anything to you about it either !!

Hope you get sorted out with travel MM, and hope you feel better soon Em.

Can't remember who likes EA Active for Wii, but I bought EA Active Extra Workouts and it came today. It's got a 6 week challenge that I have started and it was good fun. Did the normal EA one as well, so I'm really feeling it now.

Really want to lose a few pounds before our holidays, but was craving ice cream and I'm having a small bowl now. It's Tesco Finest Vanilla ice cream and it's absolutely gorgeous. I'm an ice cream snob and don't like the cheap soft scoop ones :o
Here I go again on my own....

Nah, she'd have only given me the "It's only a bit of muck.. just think about when he's crawling about in the mud, yadda yadda" speech.. She did actually pull out some really really nice (and clean!) wooden blocks when we were in the house which I made sure I raved about being lovely! ;):p

ewwwwwwwww for dirty toys and dog licking, my dog has been trained not to lick people.

Good boy Rhys for not putting dirty hands near your mouth.

I'm hoping that this cloud passes over soon as the longer is hangs around the more chances are DH's employer will want to negotiate with his union about laying off staff until it clears. It's also messing with my dads retirement date the longer he is off the further back it pushes his finish date.

What a wonderful Sister you have Jillie! I have tears in my eyes at her determination to not let the silly little matter of a volcano erupting stop her seeing her wonderful sis and nephew! :T

Good news for us today from the docs. Edward has put on loads more weight over the last 3 weeks, and has moved from just under the 9th centile to just over the 25th centile in the last 6 weeks! So it looks likely that he's not going to need surgery which is a big relief.

Had a lovely day today otherwise. Took the kids to London zoo, which was lovely in the nice warm summery weather. They specially enjoyed watching the penguins being fed. Hope everyone else has had a lovely day too.
