If we're back on buggies, we have a M&P DRA, which was second hand (my mum got it for £30 on the market!), and is FAB. Doesn't fit very well in my tiny car - have to fold half the back seat down, which is very annoying), so now I keep that one in the house, as a "walking in to town from here" buggy (which is fine, as that is the time that I end up buying half of iceland/the market and dragging it home).
Then we also have a petite star zia which folds down small enough to fit in my boot. It lives in the back of the car, so it gets used when we are out and about somewhere. We looked at the quinny zapp too (or possilbly the buzz, I can't remember which is the tiny one) which folds up slightly smaller, but it doesn't fold flat, and doesn't have a shopping basket, which were both requirements.Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009

Alex, asleep in his pram, after mammoth walk to local shops and doctors and chemist.
Our walk happened to take in the two local pram shops. One has the BabyJogger City Minis in stock in 3 colours.. Had a little play and it was brill. And I was itching to buy. But the cash is in a savings account. May take another visit tomorrow when have been paid.
But I do also like the O'baby buggies and they are over £100 cheaper. But somehow I don't think being MSE will win.
Like that trike SM.0 -
T o me the quinny zapp just looks like a waste of time and money :rotfl:
We've bought the only buggy we could agree on, takes up a lot of the boot but will be perfect on the bus for me if I havent managed to pass my driving test by then!
We did get all the varying bits of it from ebay though. It's £556 new without the carrycot/pram bit, and we got all of it for just over £200.Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

In one the pram shops there was a woman who came in with her baby in a Quinny Zap, she said the girls who had sold it to her hadn't been very good at showing how it worked and could they now show her how it reclines back. Ooops It doesn't! So she then bought an O'baby stoller. Oh to be able to hand over cash as and when the mood takes you.0 -

kindof - getting dressed at 4 weeks is for photos and grandparent visits only - other than that babygrows are definitely the way forward. And I would expect Asda to have huggies on offer at the baby event too... if not then they are always on offer somewhere. Have you tried asda/tesco/boots own brand nappies? We like boots own brand best these days.
Thats ok then lolI was like hmm should I be dressing him all the time lol
No I havent tried anyting other than Pampers and Huggies yet, my friend swears by Aldi as well
Ah I will stay away from the Hauck then lol
