Apparently Beenie and Becles have influenced Alice. The other day we had family visiting and she got my brother to draw a picture of Me, OH, Alice plus a baby brother called Camenray [Cameron] and a baby sister called Charlotte.Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5

We did and phoned them back to tell them it was there. Sadly we'd already dealt with three members of staff who had then passed it on to the manager. I just never buy anything from them any more.Susan - that's shocking, and hopefully you found them in the compartment under the seat! No idea who sho do their training but that sadly is management in some stores for you, they literally just manage and it's the staff who know the actual stock.Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5

If you fly into Newcastle, you can get the Metro train from the Aiport right into the city centre. Here's a website with local attractions on:

You can get trains from Newcastle into Durham or Sunderland too which are close by, or there are plenty of buses and the Metro to places like Tynemouth, South Shields and Seaburn if you fancy a day at the beach. We've got some lovely beaches here.

Awww - that's sweet.
The Huggies Pure wipes have been rebranded and the packet is now beige with a baby in a blue hat curled up fast asleep. I got a new packet out yesterday and Charlotte said "awwww lovely baby, can I have one like that?"
Here I go again on my own....0 -
money_maker wrote: »hmmm thanks for that link MDW, Chester looks quite good and I could get Chris and Jas tickets to go see a match and I could take Dylan to meet you lot for a day in Liverpool !!
Need to check what date Jas goes back to school though before I book but that could be an option !
Would it be an option to get the boat and bring the car?
When we went to Dublin last year, although flying was cheaper, flying and hiring a car was a lot more expensive.
Chester is good for history, the river is gorgeous, the swimming pool is my favorite. Just outside Chester, The Crocky Trail is a really good day out, Jas would love it, and it is possible to get around with a buggy.

Chester Races do a family fun day which is a lovely day out, but I think it's normally at the start of August.
Chester Zoo obviously. Theres the Blue Planet at Cheshire Oaks which is good for a rainy day.
Wirral is about 20 minutes away on the train and has a couple of lovely beaches, West Kirby, Hoylake and New Brighton.

SpacePort is here too which has got a Wallace & Gromit exhibition on this year.

You can get the 'Ferry cross the Mersey' from Wirral to Liverpool for loads of things to do.
I'm starting to sound like I work for the Tourist Office.

Kindof - i'd probably leave him if he's due to wake soonish?:beer:0

I would wake my baby to change a nappy if I was sure it was dirty, but if I had been up half the night and knew she was not going to sleep much longer, I would be tempted to leave it until she woke up.
Why are you catching up here instead of catching up on your sleep!!!?? Remember you don't have to fully keep up here - we know everyone is busy with children to look after. Just in case you are worried about it. x0 -
Been ages since i last post and this one is a shamless proud mummy brag

After feeling guilty yesterday morning for feeling ill and not doing much with C, I felt even more guilty yesterday afternoon when she literally screamed pretty much the whole way through her second settling-in session at nursery. On Tuesday she was fine, but that was because I was with her. Yesterday I left her and she was so upset, it made me cry too (although I waited until I was out of sight) but all I could her was her screaming, not even just crying
She only took 20mls of milk and ate an oat cake whilst she was there (was there for 2hrs). She fell asleep for 20mins in one of the nursery nurse's arms, so that's one positive but I feel like crap for subjecting her to it and knowing that I could instantly stop her from being upset if I just went in and picked her up.
They're letting me take her back on Monday afternoon for another go, but I just know it's going to be the same, and I'm working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday next week (she's due to go to nursery Wed afternoon and all day Thursday).

Hugs Choppy. I guess it's similar to most mothers returning to work. It must be distressing, but you know it will be short lived if you stay strong. She won't love you any less. x0 -

Fantastic news!
kindof, personally I'd wait until he woke up unless you noticed it leaking out _pale_ - especially if you know he'll be difficult to re-settle! (and at this time of morning he prolly would be since it's "wake up" time)
Just a flying visit, as we've got our 1st baby massage class this morning
