Can I just ask a quick question

What age did your kids use highchairs until?

I think Luca was 2yrs 4mths and jaden was just under 2yrs......I am meant to be buying one today but wondering if I need it, Kai will be 19mths min, IF I start weaning at 4mths!!

I was thinking that also, but it is the exact one I want, only up the road and a decent price! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!

Aimee used her high chair for quite a while because you could remove the tray and push it up to the dining table... She was probably still using it at 4...

Just called to book our place at Cadbury World... They don't half take liberties though! We're paying by Tesco vouchers and that means we can't buy a family ticket or use our London Midland 30% off voucher... Apparently "Tesco don't let them use any other offer..." Funny that, the Black Country Museum let us use a London Midland buy 1 get 1 free voucher on Tuesday...

I would leave it and if when it comes to the time you think you need it then buy an Antilop for a tenner.
I certainly wouldn't go buying another expensive highchair on the offchance that you might need it.
Also, for the first few months you could will probably find that they eat at different times.

So were we but I think lack of beds might have been a prob as we were assessed in the waiting room of the ward after being in A + E for 2 hours. Never mind we saw a lovely doc. Hopefully some more lucozade today will do the trick and she will be on the mend soon. so far today 15mls of fluid has stayed down!!

Caz Hope Charlie is on the mend soon and Abi and Erin don't get it soooo bad (((((hugs)))) to you all

Off to keep giving el 5mls at a time me thinks this might be long day.

Choppy, You will probably find she'll be able to pull herself up on the wobbly things soon enough... She needs to try on the wobbly things to work out her centre of gravity and stabilize herself... Eventually she'll be able to stand up at her walker without just tipping it over...

Caitlyn climbed up and stood on the seat of her little tykes rocker yesterday... I wouldn't let hubby pull her down, I figure she needs to learn that getting up means having to get back down again too... Just like I always slide her bum off the sofa and put her feet on the floor rather than just dump her on the floor...

morning ... had a really restless sleep last night and philip said i was kicking and punching in my sleep got abit of a headache from it ..

i just texted caz sending vibes and love .. poor little thing ..

((hugs)) to mummies with sickie babies seems to be really going round ...

my washing machine is ago i did 3 loads last night and im on to the 4th and still got LOADS!!!!!! to go so guess what im doing all day x

Very miserable for poor Caz and Charlie hope it's something the hospital can turn around quickly, and ack for the other mini-Scots falling sick too how miserable, hopefully they don't get hit so hard...

Re "babysitting" - it's been ranted about here before ;p I must say I use it, when either of us is staying in while the other one gets to go out. "Oh, why isn't your OH here too, I'd have loved to catch up with her?" "We couldn't get anyone to cover so she's stayed in to babysit" - etc. The point being, it's 'being at home while the other half goes out somewhere that pre-baby you would have both gone to' if that makes sense! It does in my head

Babysitting is only done my teenagers for spare cash, My OH/ILs/'rents just "have the boys"

Hugs for El & Charlie. V seems loads better but still has the smelliest wet poops. L hasn't been sick since yesterday lunchtime, but hasn't eaten yet.

Poor Charlie, I wonder if it could be swine flu, doesn't that cause a raging temp that doesn't go down?

Mel - I might be selling my chicco polly by the time you need it.
although my instinct is £30 is really good price and you should make a profit if you end up not using and selling on!
