Just read your earlier post Caz! Glad you did make it, but sorry we never had much of a chance to talk. It was a really good place, but very noisy and the separate tables made it a bit more awkward. Your kids seemed lovely and well behaved. I admire you coping with 5 of them. I struggle to get out the house on time with only 1!
Everyone was lovely today, all mums, kids, and Mr Tia! Thanks to Scruffy for organising it. Hopefully next time, Buttons and Squishy can join us (although maybe for a bit longer if you are coming all the way from Aberdeen!)0 -
glad you had a good time caz

ahh, mel so that is why you were asking about using 'accents' on letters on here. can you not post it because it wont let you?'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
hey all
i've put £1 each way bets on 5 horses - character building, don't push it, dream alliance, niche market, & tricky trickster.
well, i had to phone my mum + dad to get them to put bets on for me + said i'll pay them back, cos OH is at work til 6pm so i'm looking after Evie + went to betfred but they said I'd have to leave her outside in her pushchair if I wanted to bet  cos obviously i'm doing it on behalf of my 3 month old!
so i took her to morrisons instead & we gambled on the lottery together and purchased some alcoholic beverages together - all of which seemed perfectly acceptable! :rotfl:
hope everyone is enjoying the gorgeous weather :j :j
xx:j Very proud mummy to Evie Mae born 26/12/09 :jAims for 2010 - be a good mummy, lose (some) weight, clear (some) debts, be happy

Yep:)
I have even PM'd MSE Webby...not that it has done any good as I have had no reply!! I mentioned that it is silly to banish accents, because you would also need to banish exclamation marks/curly at symbols etc because they are all used in words to make swear words pass through the filter:D
Maybe one day I will be able to share it:p
I also mentioned there are loads of perfectly normal words that use accents that we are not allowed to spell correctly because of the silly swear filterUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Maz - it's crazy isn't it. I get stressed in the supermarket if I have to buy a bottle of wine and Katie is with me, I've heard a couple of stories where they've been refused as it is obviously being bought for the child and not the adult.
(I only buy as a cooking ingredient, so in a roundabout way Katie is getting some).
No Doctor in this house it scares Katie and gives her nightmares.Proud to be dealing with my debts
