I want my sling! Bought it last Saturday and still not turned up. I blame Easter. Grrr.

Just got back from the high street...phew, should not have worn a jacket! Really warm, sunny and gorrrrgeous. Think we'll sit out in the garden once he gets up from his nap .

Mel hopefully he'll come around once he cools down and realises that both he & his mom are being unreasonable. MFD, blondes have all the fun!

Mel, I hope he realises that he's being unreasonable - I think men can be so weird about people criticising their mums. My ex and I split up in part because his mother was a female dog from the lowest pits of hell and he couldn't understand why we didn't get on. This after I suggested he make a lot of noise going upstairs, then sneak back down and listen at the door to what she was saying to me when she thought he couldn't hear her. He heard and still persisted in thinking she was lovely and wonderful. I still hope she dies horribly (and alone) when her time comes.

Elliot was soooo cute last night, we fed him at 9pm then he was wide awake till half 11 lol, but we were laying on our bed with him, and when I was tickling his cheek he was smiling away at me, it was lush lol

He had a good night, he wanted a little bit more milk at 11, I think he had 2oz

Then he woke at 2am, then at 5am then didnt get up till 9.30am, OH fed him at 5am and he said that E didnt really wake up he kinda drank the milk in his sleep, is that what is known as dream feeding?

Well we got a letter from parcelforce today, OH has had to pay £50 customs charges for his parcel, so god knows what that tracker thing was on about, there isnt anyway they have tried to deliver it if there is customs charges to pay, so ive paid them and its coming on tuesday (I personally think £50 is a joke on something you cant actually buy in the uk!!!)

So looks like if I get the Hanson cd package I want, that I am looking at £50 custom charges as well (if they catch me)

Sat out in the garden with the dog for a while, thanks for all the huggles, they help:) We are obviously not speaking now, as we have just been ignoring each other....haha fine by me, there's nothing I want less than to have to speak to him atm!!!

Kai is just finishing off his lunch then I think we will go back into the garden, he can go in his walker on the patio....I can't wait till he is running about properly, don't really want him crawling round the grass because it is a bit of a mess and all uneven and weedy...there is also the chance of a hidden dog poo that I may have missed...

I really want to hire a rotary thing and turn it all over, level it all off and remove all the bricks and weeds and then lay some nice fresh turf!! Not sure if we will ever get round to doing it?

Becles I am really fascinated by languages too, although if I do the creative writing, I will only have 2 x level 3's to complete my degree. Well I actually only have the levels 3's needed, but having had some time off I wouldn't feel confident jumping straight back in there, so was thinking of the level 2 to ease me back in...especially with the young'un!! If I follow the languages path it will be many more years till I complete my degreee, not that I am in a hurry but would like to do it before retirement;)

Hubby was supposed to be taking both boys out this afternoon so I could have some me time but Benjamin was falling asleep on his highchair tray so he has stayed with me. He is asleep but I wont relax the same with him here. Oh well!

kindof - as someone who gets stuff from the USA sometimes, you can kindly request that the person shipping it mark the item as a "gift" on the customs declaration. This should avoid any charges. But you didn't hear this from me . And of course the item inside will actually be a gift, right? *coughcough*

Mel - I think most men find it impossible to ever see their mothers as less than perfect, look on the bright side, you have 3 boys that will always think you rule no matter what (I'm sure little girlie will too!!)

aless - I sent something to Australia the other day and the PO asked what it was and the first thing I thought of was Gift! :rotfl:
She said You have to say what it is as they actually scan the package to see what's inside!

Ed's teeth are amazing! I can't believe how many he has now and in such a short space of time - I got a big toothy grin on Thursday

Did a MS job this morning and am lumbered with a big bulky item til Monday when I have to return it! Not happy!

Also gotta wait in for my shopping to be delivered which is a pain cos its gorgeous here! Might just mow the lawn or something.

OH gone to put my GG's on for the National - I always pick 3 horses! A really good one, a good one and an outsider. Think I've only ever won once in years!
Fingers crossed I'll get a winner today!
