Thanks Agutka for making me feel more normal

And congratulations to incognito!

Did another test last Thursday (:o) to see if it would make it feel more real. Told my mother on Friday, that went better than expected. And OH's parents know now too.

Still doesn't feel real and feeling very unsettled... I suppose this will pass? Not wanting to be doom and gloom so going to try and not think about things too much.

Just updated the list and deleted my due date as I've suffered a miscarriage at 12 weeks. Emergency ERPC following heavy bleeding. Second miscarriage (last one at 14 weeks) but I won't give up. I already have a beautiful boy (3 1/2) and consider myself extremely lucky. I wish you all happy and safe pregnancies. Best wishes, Punky x

thanks fac73. i know exactly how you feel - i feel very detached and like this is all happening to someone else. i did another test last night cause i got so paranoid that it was all in my head. i am also so scared that i am going to go for the scan and there is going to be nothing there. going to go to the doctors this week and just hope time passes quickly until i get a scan but i think i am only 6 weeks so another 6 weeks to go.
i also feel that everyone can tell just by looking at me (and my enormous boobs - ok, they feel enormous). i spoke to my parents at the weekend and they asked if anything else had been going on during the week and i heard myself saying 'no, not really' when in my head i was screaming 'oh my god, i'm pregnant' bizarre!!

Hi all. Just thought I'd pass on my good and bad experiences of online baby shopping.
First of all I just hired my tens machine (2weeks 4 days to go). Ordered it around lunchtime thurs and it turned up fri morning! From tens.co.uk £25 for 7 week hire, no late return fees either as long as you inform them and freepost returns. They supply you with a practise set of electrodes aswell which I've been using to releive back pain which has been setting of braxton hicks. And its a load of poo that they're not painful! - braxton hicks not tens machine. But at least I've had a few better nights lately.
I wondered if anyone has had any experience of the sam-i-am.co.uk website? I ordered a few types of reusable nappy from them over 3 weeks ago but not received anything yet. I have emailed them 3 times and tried phoning the 0845 number on their website which has been disconnected. I put their address into BT and got another phone number but there is no answer from that one, it just rings and rings. The order only came to £20 but at the moment thats rather a lot of money. Dont really know where to go next.
