Hello me again! Just spent the last hour reading back through my diary to find out when we started with the heating last year so ive an idea!! Could have got very emotional at certain parts of my diary between December and February! I cant begin to tell you how things have changed since DH found out.
Anyway, last year we put the heating on for the 1st time on 27th Sept and turned it off 22nd March so weve got another 2 months hopefully before we need the heating. It has been very chilly this summer though so I wont hold my breath!!
Ive also noticed the nights getting darker earlier so thats something to think about in terms of the lights too!!Mummytogirls x0 -
I'm aiming for 1st October for central heating, but i do have a wood burner as well which may get lit on chilly evenings, would love to keep CH off until 1st Nov but don't think i could manage that.0

Hi Mummy
We always try and keep our central heating off until the end of October, extra jumpers are put on. We also have a log burning stove so that gets lit on an evening so at least the lounge is always warm.
Hope you're getting lots of bids on your ebay sales!
Have a great day xx0 -
Morning Diary, just popping in for my morning catch up.
Pennywise, I was thinking 1st Oct too!!!
Choo, hopefully we can keep it off that bit longer with me being full time until December.
Well got a busyish day today. Ive already been showered and dressed and taken DH to work. Kids are still in PJ's but ive got their clothes out. They are just watching the smurfs cartoon in preparation for when we see the movie!!
Stripped the spare bed this morning and the beddings all in the washer as I didnt have another load to put in. Hopefully it will line dry today and I can get it put back on this evening.
Need to go make some sandwiches in a mo for our picnic with friends later on.
Also need to make a lasagne this afternoon for this evenings tea. Then pick DH back up! Il be shattered again this evening!!
Nothing to report on the bank account, still looking well!!
Hope everyones ok xxMummytogirls x0 -

Evening diary, wow hasnt it been hot today! Ive had 2 showers, not very MSE but I cant stand feeling sweaty (tmi there!!). Both kids were filthy and sticky by tea time too so theyve had a bath and nice and clean and in the land of nod now!!
Well its been a ssd, as spent £2.50 on ice creams at the park. Did all my jobs on the list from this morning and even made the spare bed back up.
Just put a load of whites in to get ready for pegging out in the morning. It has come very dark here not sure if its going to chuck it down as it was forecast for this afternoon at some point.
Just had a bowl of ice cream to cool down !
The pram has 16 watchers and has had over 90 views!! Ive never had an item have so many views im sure of it. Got loads of questions being sent over it too.
Right think thats about it from me. Think il be doing a £40 shop at Mr A next week rather than the farmshop as we need stuff that they substituted wrong such as the dishwasher rinse aid etc!
Catch up soon xxMummytogirls x0 -
How hot was it yesterday! I couldn't sleep at all last night. I much prefer it when it is cooler, although I don't overly love the rain etc - there is just no pleasing some :-)
I was really busy yesterday so didn't manage to do any washing and now am about to put some in the machine but it looks like it will be being dried in the conservatory on the airer as it is raining here. :-( Although the garden needs it (how old am I!)Just keep swimming!0 -
It was lovely here yesterday too. It is pouring with rain again this morning though
Great news on the pram so far!

Hi Both, absolutely peeing it down here too! I put some washing out this morning and DH brought it back in about half an hour later as it had started to rain. Good job as about an hour later it absolutely bucketed down and I wasnt it! So its on the dining table at the mo half dry so will stick it in the dryer in a min.
Nothing too exciting to report. Just been swimming with the kids and now we are back home before picking DH up. I am absolutely shattered after our busy week!
Nothing to report really money wise. Filled up the car this morning back to the top which cost me £36.50 so thats my petrol budget gone now. I did over 200 miles in a week .
Rightyho catch up soon xxMummytogirls x0
