Evening Diary I'm back!!!

Thanks Chrysalis and PLMBL, we had a lovely time absolutely shattered now though. The weather was so good for us, this is the best I've ever slept on a camping trip, I actually slept all night without waking up last night which has never happened to me before. Im always up early too which never happens at home on a weekend.

The house and garage looked like a bomb site when we unpacked it all. Thats the only downside the amount of sorting out you have to do when you get back home! Ive got washing coming out of my ears even though I did it all before I went. Ive just put a load in which will have to go in the TD as its heavy rain forecast for here tomorrow. Ive another 2 loads sorted into piles :eek:.

Ive just had a lovely glittery lush bath bomb bath (kids bought me it for my birthday). Felt like i needed some luxury in my life :rotfl:.
Now I've just done the shopping to come Tuesday and had a cuppa... who's betting il be asleep for 9 haha!!

So money wise weve spent £13 all weekend which is just such a bargain. Today has been NSD7.

Afternoon Diary,

After 2 nights of being in bed mega early I'm feeling a bit more like me today!!!! Plus the sun is shining and I've actually got 2 yes 2 loads of washing pegged out .
Just waiting for Mr T's to rock up with my shopping... approx £50 spent so not too bad. I was also supposed to pop to the butchers today after work to make tomorrow a NSD but I forgot and will have to spend tomorrow now, I need to buy my mum a birthday card so will do that tomorrow too!!

So today has been a bit spendy.. shopping, £20 on mums present but sister will give me half back when she gets paid, £7 on neon tutus for kids party at weekend.

Just checked in on 0nepoll and was screened out of 2 surveys... not in mood for op world today!! Quidc0 cb still tracking too... I've a feeling we will be waiting until next year for that.

I think I forgot to tell you some really important news from last week... I've been awarded a pay rise... 2 spinal points within my band. Not really sure how much it will work out at, its being back dated to 1st Sept. We really want to decorate DD's bedrooms as DD1s hasnt been done since we moved in and is still magnolia (she only went in there this year) and DD2s which was painted 8 years ago when we moved in needs a freshen up and her stamp putting on it plus it was decorated like that for DD1. So I've decided I will draw that money out and save in a tin as if its in the accounts it will get swallowed up and we will see after Christmas how much we have and take it from there. DD1s room needs extra insulation under her floor as she's above the garage and it can be quite cold in her room and whilst we are at it were going to have more sockets put in. You wouldn't think it was a new house all these changes weve made to it!!

Nah - I was out of control again the next day, hoping to be more in control today.

Fab news on the pay rise and I can't quite believe how you went camping and only spent £18. AMAZING!! Well done.

Evening Diary,

Another day another day of feeling back out of control :eek:. Got an email with something to do on and this has taken me all day at work. Plus didn't help that a certain high level member of staff is now off sick for a few weeks :mad:. Plus got a text from DH whilst at work saying DD2 was crying saying she didn't want to go to school after id left for work because no-one will play with her . So all in all not a very good day... hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Had a SSD.. £3.24 in the butchers on mince for tea.

DF0D, its just so frustrating how you can never seem to get on isn't it!

Steph, we hardly ever spend at camping. We take everything with us!!

So tomorrow is again another spend day. Dropped the dogs bed off for washing (I can't get it in my washer is so big and it bl00dy stinks!) so that will be ready tomorrow.. £7 so not too bad.
Kids are off for a training day tomorrow so DH is working from home until 11 and then will take them to my mums which is just around the corner from where I work.

Nearly time for bake off, a cuppa and a slice of lemon cake baked by DH last night xx

Afternoon Diary,

Another day another dollar!! Just got home and feel shattered again... 4 weeks today until I break up for half term!
So this morning I actually woke up before my alarm which never happens. I think because i was the only one up I felt conscious about sleeping in. Did a little bit of ironing before I left for work.

Im now back home and ready to do the rest of the ironing!

The weather is very hit and miss here today, keeps raining and then stopping. Im going to put my washing in the TD, cant be bothered with trying to get it dry any other way.

Were having sausage and mash for tea... just realised DH has left me with one egg so might have to borrow one from the neighbour!!

Thats about all from me. Hope all ok x

Glad I'm not the only one on the countdown to half term! Feels wrong considering we've only been back three weeks!

Afternoon Diary,

I really need to muster up some energy from somewhere as I feel totally drained this afternoon. Ive got home from work, picked up the girls and done nothing... felt like an effort making a cup of tea! The dishwasher needs emptying and re-stacking but I'm ignoring it for now.
Also haven't got anything out for tea so I think its a takeaway on the cards.

DF0D it feels like weve never had any time off let alone only 3.5 weeks back :eek:!

Last night we put the kids to bed and then I went for a bath. Came back down to DH fast asleep on the sofa (9pm), I started watching something and then fell asleep also! We woke up at 10.15pm with the programme almost finishing :cool:. Every night this week I've been asleep on the sofa.. its just no good.

Snap DF0D! Weve just had ours, pizza was delish! DH also brought home chocolate and salted caramel cookies... yum! Hoping to feel a bit better tomorrow DF0D! xx
