    Morning Diary,

Not really feeling this weekend at all :(. Friday night I had a massive whinge at DH as I just felt everything was out of control. Then almost immediately came down with a massive cold (run down?!). Anyway DH did everything Friday night and I felt sorry for myself.

Yesterday we ended up back at the vets again as the problem still hasnt gone away. I had rung Friday night and ranted down the phone about having to pay again when the previous £75 worth of treatment had done sod all! They didn't charge me consultation yesterday but still £50 on a steroid injection and some wormers. Plus after my rant the head vet actually came to see him which I suspected might happen. He's still doing the cough thing so after 10 days we will need to see how things have been. If he's still doing it after the steroids we are going to have an investigation done which will be running into the £100's.

Went to H@lfords to pick up a bike we had ordered for DD1s birthday. When we got there, there was a sign offering an extra 10% off, so I was cheeky and got another £15 off, that was £85 in all :T. Its a great bike too and I reckon DD1 will be over the moon on her birthday.

Then it was MIL birthday meal, I didn't feel it at all with being full of it but dosed up and went along. Meal was ok, couldn't taste a thing but hey ho! I don't know if anyone will remember about this intolerance thing I seem to be suffering with this year but I think there was some ingredient that my body didn't like so at 3am I was up running to the toilet and being sick :(. I was then red hot and had itchy palms which happens every time. I feel exhausted this morning and DH said I looked pale which made me feel worse haha!!!

I think DH will take charge of everything today as I just know I need a day of not doing a thing. I have to say I am really feeling sorry for myself which is really unlike me. I just can't seem to shake everything off at the minute.

Hoping today will be NSD1 of the month. Sorry for the whingy post  xx

Oh I forgot to say I did my meter readings on Friday and were now about £40 in credit.. should be more but there was some glitch in their system and my DD didn't go out for 2 months earlier in the year . Anyway sorted now and they tried putting my DD down by £9 a month but I opted to keep it the same at £105 over winter. Hopefully we can build up a bit more credit in October before November when the heating usually goes on xx

  • Don't apologise, it's your diary and there is nothing worse than feeling off. it sounds horrible - do you have any idea what it is your body isn't liking.

I hope you have your feet up and are chilling out and hopefully feeling a little bit better.

Thanks PLMBL and DF0D for your well wishes.
DF0D I have absolutely no idea what it is, it happens so infrequently that I just can't pin what it is. I am going to write down what I had yesterday and then when it happens again do the same. It so awful though, but its definitely not a bug with what happens and how I feel afterwards etc.

So Ive managed to pull myself round and do a few jobs. I am just my own worst enemy and can't sit still. I did get DH to put DDs bedding in the TD as I couldn't face pegging it out to bring in damp and then end up in the TD anyway. Its now back on her bed nice and fresh!

DDs have just been playing out but I've brought them in as I'm sick of the constant in and out and arguments with 2 boys in particular on our street who are not very nice at the minute. I warned them before they went out that if they came in telling tales and falling out they would be in. Horrible boy had been putting their shoes and coats in the wheelie bin !!!!!!. I know its not their fault but I've had enough and they're now in the back making friendship bracelets together. I want to get them thinking that when its all turning nasty to walk away and hopefully this might help.

Ive just been on the phone to B&Q about our shower which falls down every time you get in and hits you on the head. I got 3 lots of different information and I don't see why we should have to take the whole thing down when its all attached to the wall. Ive wrote a stroppy email to them so will see what happens next. I won't hold my breath though given other peoples issues I've seen after a quick google search.

Ive had a penguin biscuit and now I've started to feel sick again... hope its not chocolate I'm intolerant too!!! xx
