Hi mummy, how lovely to have a peaceful hour on the sofa with a cuppa watching what you wanted on the TV. That will be me next week at least once I hope, at the moment the only thing that seems to be on the TV is Jungle Junction or Handy Manny!!!
Hope the Indian 'special deal' is on, like you say what a great start to the weekend. Enjoy.xxDMP with CCCS started Jan12 £34,906 Jan13 £31,893 Jan14 £26,836 Jan15 £21,894 Jan16 £16,839 Jan17 £14,415 Jan19 £12,938ish Jan19 £9,649 Jan20 £6612 Feb 21 0 Self managed from Jan'17

Afternoon Diary!
Nothing much to report just popping in after catching up with surveys.
Hi Alice, oh yes Handy Manny and Jungle Junction they are faves in our house too. DD2 is just sat watching Jake and the Neverland Pirates, another fave!
Well tbh its pretty miserable here, DH is in a mood for some reason, hate it when hes like this cos theres this air around the house. Hes going to the gym at 3pm so actually cant wait for him to go out! Ive just told him and he said he cant wait to get out!
Today probably wont be a NSD as we need to buy some milk so will have a walk to the coop with the kids soon.
Yesterday I received another £5 off £40 shop for Mr T's so I did a shop last night to come on Monday. That will be £17.50 they have offered me off in 3 weeks running, not bad!!
The heating is on today as its a bit chilly so ive seen another opportunity to get washing done. The 2nd load which is our bedding is currently being dried so nice fresh bedding tonight yippee!!
We ended up having a chinese last night which worked out cheaper than the special deal anyway.
Oh and we gave the dishwasher a clean, the arm things werent blocked but its had a run with white vinegar in and a good clean round and its looking nice and shiny. The proof will be when the first lot of pots etc come out and if they are super clean.
Dont think ive anything else to report! Catch up soon xxMummytogirls x0 -
Mummy sorry to hear about OHs mood. It's horrible when it gets like that, hope he came round after his gym visit or at least gives you a clue to whatever is bothering him.
Great news on the Mr T vouchers and yes we had heating on as well tonight. xxDMP with CCCS started Jan12 £34,906 Jan13 £31,893 Jan14 £26,836 Jan15 £21,894 Jan16 £16,839 Jan17 £14,415 Jan19 £12,938ish Jan19 £9,649 Jan20 £6612 Feb 21 0 Self managed from Jan'17

Afternoon Diary,
Happy Easter everyone! Hope everyones having a chocolate day!!
Thanks for your support Alice. Things got pretty tough here on Friday with both DD and DH being moody. Anyway weve worked through it and are back on top again... but for how long!
Well yesterday wasnt a NSD, went to Mr T express for a few bits and spent about £6 in there. Today weve been to the church which our childminder is part of. Im not really into church if im honest, I dont have any strong reasons for or against but its not really me. I was pretty surprised today, this was different and I actually quite enjoyed it as did DH! The kids went to the creche with the childminder and it wasnt bad. They had some Easter stuff going on so we spent £6 on lunch which was a BBQ basically! Not too bad for all of us and then the kids had an icecream.
The kids have got 10 easter eggs each plus presents and a dress from Grandad! I need to sort out whats what and start rationing I think.
Tomorrow Mr T is bringing my shopping and we will go to DD's swimming lesson pool for an hours fun swim. I didnt get the chicken out for today as DH was supposed to go out, not sure what hes doing now! Anyway we will have the chicken tomorrow instead.
Oh the white vinegar worked absolute wonders! I cant believe how good it is! So will be using that in future to clean the DW.
Hope everyones ok anyway xxMummytogirls x0 -
Afternoon Diary,
Just back from swimming and now I could do with a nap.
Had a busy day today, woke up early and got up with the kids, DH was much after us at all. He mentioned he wanted to take some tops back to town so I said we would clean the house and then go. Seemed to take us ages cleaning but its spotless again now... but for how long yet again!!
Went to town and exchanged those plus some shoes we bought DD for a smaller size. DH treat us to KFC for lunch which was yummy. We opted for a boneless bucket which was delicious and cheaper than if we had all got seperate meals.
So weve been swimming, not long been back and DD's are quiet watching some Winnie the Pooh thing on Disney. Ive put the chicken and now waiting for Mr T to bring the food delivery. Although ive not got much food is more cleaning and cereal and store cupboard etc.
Just done the meter readings and weve used £47 in 2 weeks which it would have been lower if the warmer weather had carried on! £63 in credit and theyve lowered my payments by £9 a month so im happy with that.
Back to work tomorrow, this week has gone too fast!! 8 out of 9 ebay items sold, just waiting on payment for 3 or 4 now so will get them packaged up ready to post tomorrow.
Catch up soon xxMummytogirls x0 -
Great news on the ebay sales. I've manged to put some bits on ebay, fingers crossed they'll sell.
It's horrible going back to work after time off.......but at least its Tuesday already. xxDMP with CCCS started Jan12 £34,906 Jan13 £31,893 Jan14 £26,836 Jan15 £21,894 Jan16 £16,839 Jan17 £14,415 Jan19 £12,938ish Jan19 £9,649 Jan20 £6612 Feb 21 0 Self managed from Jan'17

Evening diary,
A late one for me today, been back at work boo!! It actually wasnt that bad and I did a whole day in the office which means I dont have to work this evening :j. Im off tomorrow and then in Thursday and Friday.
Today was a NSD, no 3 I think. Did post the ebay items but they were paid for by the buyers so dont count that.
Tomorrow we are going round to some friends in the afternoon so should be pretty cheap too. The girls are coming up to a treat on their reward chart so I might need to spend on that tomorrow.
Alice, my ebay sales did pretty well although doesnt seem that much when you fork out £14.50 in the post office! Another one paid today so will post theirs tomorrow.
We had fahitas for tea and DH put too much spice on and my lips are still burning ! Tomorrows tea is jackets, cheese and beans so a nice easy tea!!
Ive got my ironing up to date whilst DH was cooking and ive jsut put it away and get ready for bed! Had such a bad nights sleep last night im hoping for better tonight.
Surveys slow at the mo btw! xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi Mummy,
Sorry I haven't been posting much.
I had bad nights sleep last night too as DD is ill again, she slept with me and I was worried she would puke on me in the night.
Early night required for both of us. Although saying that I get addicted to undateables and it'll be 10 before I know it.

Morning diary,
Day off for me woohoo!! The girls have been quite good so I cant complain. Although theyve been making a den upstairs so who knows what my bedroom or theres looks like!
Today probably wont be a NSD as they are on target for their small treat for the reward chart. It wont be much so will be a LSD.
Nothing too much to report. Ive just received a statement so updated my spreadsheet, wont update signature again until more payments go out at the end of the month.
2 weeks until payday and weve not got much money left, weve had too many treats basically. We will have to borrow from the joint account which DH isnt happy about but its just tough as we need food! Plus DD has got 2 parties over the next 2 weeks which will need a cheap present buying! Ive written down whats coming in and basically whats left v's what needs paying out and it just about balances. Ive wrote my shopping list for Monday to what we can afford and we can still eat pretty well! But that said iv got chicken and a pie in the freezer so thats the main expensive things!
Before in my diary I had mentioned about things just happening at the right time. This morning I was going through my draw and found some out of date farmfoods vouchers. Anyway I thought oohh could do with some more of these. Well guess what has just popped through my letter box courtesy of the postman! So will go and stock up on freezer things for DH, when I get paid obviously and this will keep his moaning at bay :rotfl:.
Hi Livvy poor DD hope shes feeling better today, nothing worse than a sick child! I watched undateables too, quite emotional some parts!
My other 2 ebayers paid up so ive packaged up their things and will send today. We are popping out to DD's friends later on so will do it enroute. Might even walk and leave the car sitting on the drive the whole day... that never ever happens!
Ive got some leftover bacon in the fridge so will make us all a bacon sandwich for lunch. Ive also cut out snacks with the kids, DD2 was getting horrendous at meal times and not eating and they were having 2 snacks plus 3 meals a day. So ive knocked these on the head so hopefully we will see an improvement in her eating meals and also having to buy less snacks. They have cereal and toast for breakfast, lunch plus fruit and a kitkat, then tea and icecream or a yoghurt so more than enough. We will see how it goes.
Right think thats about all from me! Catch up soon xMummytogirls x0 -
Evening diary,
Well day 1 of no snacks and I have never seen DD2 eat her tea so fast! She ate every last bit then I took them out for a treat. DD1 originally said she wanted a chocolate yoghurt, until she realised this was all she could get with her money. Very MSE :money:. They both chose their bits and had change for their money boxes :T.
Also posted the ebay parcels so thats another job done.
