:wave::waveMorning all:)
Hi Brummiebabe:wave: No i hadn't noticed the milk had gone up when I went in yesterday!! Just checked my receipt and it was £1.15 in my store! I hope they put it back down! The coat I like is £70 I think, which if it lasts 3 years is an investment. I like to work out the cost per wear of an item to see it's true value.
Spent £21.03 in Tesco and £6.50 in Iceland. Total: £27.53
Grand total now spent for September £60.69 so £239.31 left with 19 days to go:) Right on track!
Only 4 NSD's so far but hoping to add 2 more to that this weekend fingers crossed as I don't actually need anything!
Lots more housework to do over the next few days as I had a busy week and didn't get everything done, am pretty much on top of the washing though:)
Had a lovely afternoon with my friend and her kids who popped round for tea, was nice to catch up as I don't see her that often.
My London trip is coming round quickly now just under three weeks away....will probably spend some time this weekend planning my itinerary as there is lots I want to see and also want to perfect my budget too.
Off for a browse now, have a great day all xNovember NSD's - 70 -
It was probably £1.15 in mine aswell...just remember that it had jumped up again!!

Morning! One very tired JD this morning. DS3 is not well and last night spent most of it awake with him and also had the doctor out. He has an infection with a fever and high temperature which is giving him the shakes:( Anyway, very tired this morning and could have done without having to get up at 6.15 to wake DS1 for his paper round!
A NSD yesterday and am hoping for another one today:) Will be having a lazy PJ day and not venturing far from the sofa!
Off to update signature and try and wake up...November NSD's - 70 -
Morning all,
Finally got some sleep last night which was really needed after getting hardly any over the weekend with DS3. He was feeling a lot better last night and crashed about 8pm. I am hoping after a full nights sleep he will be almost back to his normal self and return to school this morning. He has a school trip to see the trains paid for by the rotary club and he goes every year, he would be gutted to miss it.
Not much else to report, have has to spend a small fortune in local co op as couldn't get to Tesco as DS3 finds it scary. Managed my NSD on sunday so now at 6 with 6 to go. Probably won't have another until the weekend, so really need to try hard next week.
DS1 has college interview tomorrow and I have to go with him so more petrol/parking etc I might try and do a big shop on thursday and then try and have NSD's on fri and sunday, wont be saturday as one of my best friends is getting married:) Finding NSD's hard this month as a lot on!
Off for another cuppa as still a bit bleary eyed!November NSD's - 70 -

Morning:)
An update: I have added all my grocery receipts together as I have been a bit slack over the last few days and my total spend this month so far is: £85.01 this leaves me £214.99 left to cover 15 days! We are now half way through the month and although I have had to spend a little more than planned as I have had to use the co op I am well under budget for the month!!
I will be doing a big shop at Tesco this morning as I am trying to fit it in before my son's interview and my haircut this afternoon, which should give me a lazy no spend thursday:) My freezer is looking rather sorry for itself as I have been using up a lot from there but that has been the plan for this month. My cupboards are still pretty full though.
I havent been following the meal planner that well this month and I need to get back on track with that. I will spend some time over the weekend sorting that out again.
Off for a shower now so catch up later after I have been to Tesco with my spends total:)November NSD's - 70 -
Morning - I hope that DS is feeling better now.
Well done on the food budgets - those numbers are looking pretty healthy!

I know I am going to come in under budget this month, but not sure yet how much under yet but hoping for about £30!November NSD's - 70 -
Morning all:)
DS1 college interview went well, he starts on Monday!! Quite a shock for us both but I think it will be great for him! He will have to get up earlier in the morning though to fit his paper round in before leaving for college so we are having a trial run this morning. I have just got him up bit of a shock to his system I think
Planning a chilled out day at home today after all the running around of the last few days. Had haircut yesterday afternoon, I love it! £42 but all budgeted for. Needed it done before wedding on saturday! Have booked in to have it done again on 3rd November, just before DD and I go away to London.
Had a refund cheque in the post from National Insurance yesterday, just under £30, think I will put this towards my London trip. Need to go into town to the bank and pay it in maybe tomorrow.
Hoping to go to the cinema next week to see The Other Guys, maybe wednesday/thursday night, need to check with babysitter that she can do it first though.
Beavers tonight for DD. She enjoyed it last week so she should have fun tonight.
Right time for another cuppa, have a great day everyone! xNovember NSD's - 70 -
Really impressed with your spending JD - would you mind posting what your meal plans look like - would be interested to see how you manage to keep it so low!! I have 3 children & struggle to spend less than £400 per month!20p Saver Club #33 60p/£100
