whatcha mean you done all that and nothing? They have to respond!

If not then report them to the ICO for breach of s.7 (SAR) :D - Here: http://www.ico.gov.uk/complaints/data_protection.aspx

LOL, what I mean is not a lot in relation to that actual account, the last statement was sent to us earlier this year, but only shown the date up to when it was moved to collections.

I did send them a reminder as well, which is what we are waiting for, and another single letter last week, informed them failing to provide all the information etc.

And I think the way its going I will be going the ICO direction.

I could not believe it when they sent us the recorded conversations, there were 3 calls, one of them was a full conversation, the other was cut off and the 3rd it only lasted 2 seconds, not even a chance for the phone to ring........
I have also complained about that as well...........the Muppets!!!

Hmmm you only get an annual statement when in arrears/defaulted - that is all they have to send you, unless you SAR/CCA them..... :D

The ICO take ages to sort stuff so get a complaint in anyways, as you'll need it cos they are still in breach - ONLY if it has been 40+ days since you sent the SAR off? :o

Arh right, so this SAR its about a month old, its the most recent one in hubby's name, as he had more accounts with them than myself, although most were joint, but in this case (the SAR came after the PPI refund) shouldn't they have included this account information? :D

When I wrote to them on 17 May in regards of the telephone conversations this is the letter received dated 25 May 2010 from the DSAR team via Lloyds.

    Dear

Your request for information under the Data Protection Act 1998

Thank you for your letter dated 17 May 2010.
I am sorry you feel we have not fully complied with your request for information.

We approach 2 areas for the telephone conversations, one specificially for our Collections area and the other for Lloyds TSB general banking telephone calls.

The calls to our Collections area are only kept for a period of 3 months and then automatically purge from their system.
No calls were located from this area in your name.

We provided you with calls from the general banking telephony area. These calls are stored for a longer period of time which is why you have a call dated 2009 on the CD.

I cannot comment on wht some of your calls are incomplete. I can assure you that the call recordings have not been tampered with in this office.
We send out the CD that we are provided with by the general banking telephony area.

Due to the way our system works, it is only possible to search for calls made on a specific date or period of time. If you believe there are further calls that you should have received, may I ask you to provide a list of dates, approximate times, the telephone numbers and names of the area's you have telephoned. I have enclosed a pre-paid envelope for your convenience.

Our Cheltenham & Gloucester colleagues have advised that without the above information they will be unable to locate any calls.

We would not be able to provide calls for the whole of the Lloyds Banking Group as each division of Lloyds Banking Group have their own Data Controller and use different systems. We are only able to provide you with calls made to Lloyds TSB Bank Including Cheltenham & Gloucester.

Please be advised that not all telephone lines into and out of the Bank are recorded. For example, calls to branches either direct or transferred by telephony will not be recorded.

If your able to provide any further details for the telephone calls recordings, we will do our best to obtain them for you.

If you remain unhappy please contact our Customer Relations Department in Birmingham at the following address:

    Lloyds TSB Bank Plc
    Customer Relations
    2 Brindley Place
    PO Box 63
    Birmingham
    B1 2AB

    Yours sincerely

Funny thing is they mentioned about C&G, and a fortnight ago, we did receive the recordings from C&G, however its all calls to them and not them harassing us.

About 15 recorded calls to C&G, but again there were only those 3 with LLoyds banking group, do have them logged though.

Have been looking on the web for a few months now. But I will need to sell my house first - or, rather, get it ready to sell before putting it on the market!

Don't think I will be eligible for housing association stuff, so it looks as if I am going to have to rent privately. Even if do rescue some equity from my present house, it won't be enough to purchase anything at all around here - and I really fancy having someone else look after the maintenance for me!

Moving doesn'e worry me, either. In fact, I will be looking forward to exploring new territory in the next phase of my life!

Hi Ann i am in the same position as you i want to rent in the near future. However I still have a morgage and dont know if i would be concidered for council or housing assocciation. The properties usually go to people who are in more need than people who have a morgage even though my income like you will be greatly reduced in the near future. i wouldnt be ble to afford any repairs here. i think some landlords do a credit check as well so i would be well stuffed.
