    A slight change of subject.........:o:D

Niddy have you a template letter for "Lloyds" in regards of updated loan account statements please?

I have been waiting since end March 2010 since they refunded the PPI, I have asked for a balance of the account and not sure what APEX sent is the correct amount, thank you.:D;)

They are ignoring this request and they have a damn cheek to move it on to APEX......

    Hiya

Yea - but have you SAR'd them? That's the best way, or CCA them as in either case they have to provide a statement to you. Sar = £10 within 40 days and CCA = £1 within 12 +2 days.

    See here:

SAR Request - Advanced Version or CCA Request

whatcha mean you done all that and nothing? They have to respond!

If not then report them to the ICO for breach of s.7 (SAR) :D - Here: http://www.ico.gov.uk/complaints/data_protection.aspx

If you also CCA'd them then the account is unenforceable until such time they respond to your s.78 (CCA) Request.....

    make sense>
