Press multiquote.....it should change colour, then press multiquote on another message. then press the blue Reply button and it should bring up the messages you wanted to quote.

Click multi quote then the actual quote button on the last quote....

so if you wanted to quote post 1, 2 & 3 you'd click multi on posts 1 & 2 then click the quote/reply button on the 3rd post and all 3 will be embedded into your reply. :D

    I can't multi-quote either, Pixie.

I click on the icon for it then nothing happens!

You click the button on each posts you want to quote, but nothing will then happen until you click the main reply.gif button.

When you do that, each post you clicked on will show up quoted in the reply box.

    I know! A bit scary!

Especially all those comments about judges and the fact that the amounts on my cards are high, which would make a court case worthwhile to the banks!

Am not going to worry about that happening - yet!

Thanks for all the advice re multi-quoting.

Still not sure how it works if you just want to quote bits and pieces from just one original post, though.

Probably me being dense - it is past my bedtime!!!

What if we can take the risk or deception part out of the equation?
I know it's not as final as unenforcability, but if Pixie is on JSA, could she be eligible for a Debt Relief Order (DRO)?

The accounts that are older and possibly unenforcable, we could look through and check if they were properly executed. If they were, how much debt would this leave?

For a DRO there are certain requirements for you to qualify:
Is a DRO likely to be suitable for me?

To apply for a DRO, you must meet certain conditions:

You must be unable to pay your debts.

You must owe less than £15,000.

You can own a car to the value of £1000 but the total value of other assets must not exceed £300.

After taking away tax, national insurance contributions and normal household expenses, your disposable income must be no more than £50 a month.

You must be domiciled (living) in England or Wales, or at some time in the last 3 years have been living or carrying on business in England or Wales.

You must not have been subject to another DRO within the last 6 years.

You must not be involved in another formal insolvency procedure at the time you apply.
After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91

    Dad Gift 6k ¦ Savings & Inv Tst: £2,500
    Loan 10k: £0 ¦ Dad 5.5k: £2,270 ¦ LTSB: £0 ¦ RBS: £0 ¦ Virgin £0 ¦ Egg £0

    Total Owed: £2,270 (+6k) 11/08/2011

No - Ann - don't be worrying. Please, don't start thinking negatively - you'll be fine! :D Yours was spent long before you utilised s.78, no case to answer if they tried to lump you with any deception charges :rotfl::rotfl:
