Going to try to do some 'clicking' to get some much-needed money!

    hi Pixie,

I tried this but didn't get on very well! Every site I visited wanted me to sign up for a (paid) subscription.

I might have not been using the right sites, of course!

    Oh dear!

Sorry to hear that you are feeling poorly!

Does the dog walk involve a visit to the pub???

    Hello everyone

I am still lurking around this thread as I love it so much :D
Have finally sent off my CCAs to my four elderly debts (from the eighties - remember back then ?) . Have been a bit slow to get going due to setting up new bank account and a couple of wobbly moments but going for it now thanks to all the great info on Niddy's thread.
These four debts are only about a third of what I owe so will not change things significantly but every little helps.
I am taking baby steps at the moment but trying to tackle one thing every day instead of hiding under the duvet. You are all so positive and funny, it feels like you have no worries and I really admire your coping skills.
Will let you know how things go when (or if) I ever get replies to my letters.
Just wanted to say you are all an inspiration, especially Mouseann :T

    Hi Chipsmum,

Thanks for the compliment - but I don't feel like an inspiration.

Although I can only speak for myself, although we sound as if I don't have worries, believe me it is very much bravado!

I also adopt the philosophy of small steps, a little movement forwards every day.

And I also have wobbly moments!

Keep posting - without the lovely people on here to support me (plus the support and advice of the absolutely brilliant NID) I dread to think where I would be now!

Hope when the CCAs come back they are in your favour.

Hehe - i'm in the pub right now! Replying on iPhone but the opportunity to respond was too great! It's the first time in ages I have gone to the pub on both days off so best get down to it and drink myself silly!

Have fun everyone, maybe back later, maybe back tomorrow - it depends on my mate Stella
