Mouseann........I think your guardian angel is now a drunken guardian angel.!! He'll have another sore head later on.!! so we will have to

    whisper.!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Thanks Elsie,

Yes, I don't envy him that head!

Daytime drinking can be lethal - especially when you're my age! Mind you, I didn't do too well with the night time drinking a couple of weeks ago ....

    Hi Mrs. Niddy,

    Great to "meet" you!

You are married to an absolute legend!

And thanks for "sharing" him with us - we are so grateful for all the help he has given.

Hope you have plenty of paracetamol!

He'll probably wake up with a real bad head, but then hey, its self inflicted, I'll have no sympathy for him lol

That's a great shame! Nothing worse than being sober when everyone around is drunk and acting silly.

If you get the time (and have the inclination!) why not join in our silly banter - you can be in our "government", "royal family", and whatever silliness we embark on next!

    Dear all

I have obviously got people's backs up - but it was honestly unintentional.

I am not judging anyone - I myself have only just got out of £45k worth of debt that my hub didn't know about and the only reason why it came out and had to tell him and was able to pay it off was because a cousin of mine died and left us quote a lot of money - enough to pay off our debts (mostly mine) and a loan my hub took out for our wedding last year. She did this as we were the only close family that didn't own a house, but rented.

Prior to this, my hub had no idea - I had the sleepless nights, the heavy weight on my shoulders and was prepared for my (short) marriage to be over when I finally told him - and that was only because we were able to buy a house and he assumed the amount of money we had was more than what was really available as I knew that no bank would give us a mortgage with the amount of debt that I/we had.

My comments about the "L" word were an honest thing - I never knew it existed and since I have had ccs since I was 18 and have done the spent, consolidated loan, racked up the cc again vicious circle - it seems an easy way out and I am surprised that the banks haven't tried to put a stop to it as it clearly costs them money.......ignorant maybe but it was meant with genuine interest.

I didn't set out to offend anyone and have read all the pages from start to finish - I really think NID is great for what he does to help everyone on here and as I said - if what he does can be done then good.

    I am sorry again.

    Lilly
