Will be sorting out my dca letters and telephone pest letters later on. Its scary isnt it just a thought when nid said wait 14days for replies does that include weekends and bank hols or is it 14 working days. Probably he's answered that somewhere but was just wondering. Im beginning to wonder where he is too. Hope he hasnt been in contact with too much Kryptonite(beer)!!!!

    Hi bac Jinny,

I am (sort of) doing housework, but really using avoidance tactics by checing on the posts on the site periodically.

Think this makes me a very sad person!

Nohing really planned for today - will probably have a "cabbage day".

And no mail for two days ....

Actually, Jinny this is something I need to do as well!

It is three weeks since I sent my first letters and only a handful have replied. I have kept good records so I am going to prepare a summary of where they are all at the moment. So I will also being NID's advice soon - I am sure he will be along soon - tonight? And I have learnt that a couple of days doesn't really make much difference ....

maybe that why he advises recorded delivery so you can tell if they got your letters, that means they cant avoid the fact you sent them.

    Thanks,

Jinny - I did send them recorded delivery and managed to track that they had been received!

Swanfan - Thanks for this. As it is 14 working days I need to start counting down .....

And Jinny, isn't a pain that they are still ringing you at work! There must be a way you can stop it! Can't see why they would write to you there, though. Presumably they have both your home and work address? And if you are telling them that you will only communicate with them in writing, surely they will keep sending the letters to your home address? I am sure you won't ignore any letters! Although, from what I have gleaned from Niddy it would appear that they aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer!
