Ann are you better? hello beanielou, 3dogs, pixie chick and everyone,
I went out to Gunwharf had a lovely chinese, then my friends help me to choose myself a pair of new trainers. Last pair were v old and loved!!! Now i have these i am going to jump on my mini trampoline and get fit again. Only 3 years ago whilst at my old job I used to visit the gym and sauna everyday and go jogging too. I am hoping it will keep me fit and happy!!!
I had some vegetables for the first time in a week and have just bought some lovely fruit for supper. I cannot believe i am going on a health drive!!!! It usually lasts for about a week.
Has everyone had a good day?

Hello all,
I am (sort of) here! But haven't been very active today - I am getting too old for this sort of thing!
Glad that you had a good day SW. You sound ready for anything now!

Go to supermarket and cook something lovely from scratch!
Look at trampoline, size it up (it has been a very long time since i did any exercise and jump on it at least once!!!). Nothing major for the first day!

hi all just popped into say hello and hope we all have a good weekend whatever we decide to do. i have been decluttering today and am done in. Read a decluttering book yesterday and it got me fired up. Im on a mission to simplify my life in all ways. There is a new prog on BBC2 next friday about simple living/travelling light so will watch that. It stars Reverent Peter Owen-Jones who is a bit alright ladies he has a lovely voice too.”Pour yourself a drink, (tea for me now)
Put on some lipstick
and pull yourself together”

I think i will watch Escape to the Country. I am going to imagine living in one of those houses in the middle of a field, with no double glazing, gas power, radiators, or cable tv & broadband and only the sheep to talk to for company.
!!!!
Then i will count my blessings!
Goodnight all, shattered. Sweet dreams.

Just be careful on that trampoline, SW.
Good idea about the de-cluttering Jinny. Think I may need to investigate doing this - especially if it generates some extra pennies!"What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0
